General QA Lead

We are looking for a proactive and responsible QA specialist with experience in a QA Lead role, proven success in product releases, strong hands-on skills in both manual and automated testing, the ability to build and optimize testing processes, and effectively lead a small QA team.

📈Your Responsibilities:

QA Process & Strategy

🔹Own and continuously improve the overall QA process across the product.
🔹Define and maintain testing standards, best practices, and documentation.
🔹Build and optimize testing processes for both manual and automated testing.
🔹Ensure quality gates are integrated into development and release cycles.

Leadership & Team Development

🔹Act as a QA Lead for the team, offering guidance and mentorship.
🔹Inspire and coach QA engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
🔹Drive QA roadmaps, from planning and prioritization to successful delivery.
🔹Partner with cross-functional teams (Development, DevOps, Product) to align testing strategy with business and product goals.

Strategy & Continuous Improvement

🔹Shape the long-term vision for QA across the product.
🔹Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance QA efficiency and coverage.
🔹Monitor and report on quality metrics, identify risks and drive improvements.

🪄Your Experience & Skills:

🔹Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a QA Lead or similar leadership role.
🔹Deep understanding of testing techniques and methodologies, including performance and regression testing.
🔹Strong hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
🔹Experience in setting up QA processes from scratch.
🔹Solid understanding of test design patterns and test management.
🔹Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
🔹Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
🔹Proven experience managing or mentoring engineers in a QA environment.
🔹Experience working with AI agents.

🔹REST API knowledge, HTTP, Docker
🔹Basics with Linux command line

🪄Experience/understanding will be a plus:
