We are currently looking for a Team Lead System Administrator to help us ensure the stability, efficiency, and smooth performance of our systems πŸš€

Skills:
β€” 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator / IT Operations Specialist.
β€” Team Lead experience.
β€” Strong experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
β€” Ability to build, document, and improve IT processes, not only execute routine tasks.
β€” Experience in 1st and 2nd line support with strong technical depth.
β€” Accuracy and discipline in managing hardware, inventory, software licenses, and access rights.
β€” Understanding of SaaS administration and server-side infrastructure.
β€” Ability to identify repetitive tasks and automate or standardize them.
β€” Strong ownership mindset: ability to take responsibility for an area and bring it to a predictable, organized state.

Responsibilities:
β€” Provide day-to-day support for internal users across macOS and Windows environments.
β€” Analyze recurring support requests and turn them into documented processes, checklists, automations, or self-service solutions.
β€” Build and maintain clear IT operations documentation, including runbooks, onboarding/offboarding flows, access management rules, hardware lifecycle processes, and incident response steps.
β€” Manage hardware inventory, procurement, device preparation, software licenses, and equipment handover/return processes.
β€” Administer Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, and other internal SaaS tools.
β€” Perform basic administration of Atlassian tools, including , Confluence, and related workflows.
β€” Help reduce manual routine in the IT department by improving workflows, introducing automation, and organizing recurring tasks into clear systems.

Nice to have:
β€” Experience designing or improving IT support processes in a growing company.
β€” Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Bash, Python, or similar.
β€” Experience configuring and operating MDM systems such as Mosyle, Kandji, Intune, or similar.
β€” Experience with Automation, Slack API integrations, or internal workflow automation.
β€” Experience with asset management systems, service desk tools, or access management processes.
β€” Ability to create practical documentation that other team members can actually use.
