Jobs at Djinni

Creava is hiring a Mid-level UX/UI Designer to work primarily in Figma on SaaS, B2B platforms, dashboards, and admin panel interfaces. The designer will collaborate closely with the team, use AI tools to support their own design process, and communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for SaaS/B2B products, dashboards, and admin panels in Figma
• Maintain and extend Figma design systems and component libraries
• Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, or production work, while maintaining design quality and original thinking
• Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly in English, in writing and in meetings

Requirements

• Mid-level experience (typically 2–4 years) as a UX/UI Designer
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and design systems
• Experience designing SaaS, B2B, dashboard, or admin panel interfaces
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of a daily workflow (e.g. research, content drafts, production speed) while maintaining a strong personal design process
• Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, not just visual polish

How to Apply

Share your CV and portfolio along with 2–3 cases that best reflect SaaS or dashboard design work, and briefly describe how you currently use AI tools in your design process.

Key Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Appium (or equivalent mobile automation frameworks).
- Solid background in manual testing methodologies.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Job Responsibilities

Perform automated and manual Android testing, build Python/Appium scripts, and migrate existing manual test cases to automation frameworks. Proficient in Python with demonstrated hands-on experience, at least 4 years.

Department/Project Description

Join the Mobile Engineering team delivering safety-critical, regulated mobile software for diabetes care. You will focus on product quality and reliability for international markets, with domain onboarding provided to accelerate your impact. Framework development is out of scope for this role; you will use and configure the existing internal framework to achieve high coverage and reliable automation.

About us

We're Creava, a small design agency focused on SaaS, B2B platforms, dashboards, admin panels, and AI-powered interfaces. We're looking for someone to help us find and win the right client work on Upwork.

What you'll do

• Search Upwork daily for relevant job posts that match our design services (SaaS/B2B UX-UI, dashboards, admin panels, AI-powered interfaces, MVPs, Figma design systems)
• Review each post carefully and use judgment to apply only to jobs that are a genuine fit for our agency
• Quickly pull relevant examples from our existing portfolio and past projects to reference in proposals
• Write personalized, human-written cover letters for each application — no AI-generated proposals
• Track applications and follow up on responses as needed

What we're looking for

• Proven experience with lead generation and proposal writing on Upwork specifically
• Background in sales or lead generation
• Strong writing skills — able to write clear, persuasive, personalized cover letters yourself, without relying on AI tools
• Enough familiarity with design/UX-UI process to understand which job posts are actually relevant and to speak credibly about our work
• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working independently for a short daily block

We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and experienced Middle Scraping Engineer to join our team and drive our web data extraction operations forward.
This is not a generic backend role. You will work with complex web structures, heavy anti-bot mechanisms, scale-driven infrastructure, and high-load scraping systems.
You will expand our crawling coverage, maintain a massive crawling fleet, architect unblocking solutions, and ensure high data quality under strict SLAs.

Why this role is exciting
Scraping at the Middle level is advanced web reverse engineering combined with scalable systems architecture.
Every target site is a dynamic battlefield: advanced anti-bots, CAPTCHAs, fingerprinting, dynamic JavaScript rendering, and changing structures. You won't just write scripts — you will build resilient, automated data-pipeline infrastructure that handles millions of requests seamlessly.
We offer an environment where your technical initiative leads directly to production impact. You will have full ownership of challenging scrapers and the freedom to experiment with new unblocking and engineering approaches.

What you will do

• Maintain and optimize our existing large-scale crawling fleet to ensure high availability;
• Expand crawling coverage by developing scrapers for new, complex target websites;
• Improve the quality, throughput, and success rates of existing crawls;
• Research, update, and develop custom unblocking solutions to bypass modern anti-bot protections;
• Ensure consistent data delivery while strictly maintaining client SLAs;
• Support team bandwidth by actively taking on R&D tasks, solving complex edge cases, and mentoring junior engineers.

What we expect

• Strong Python mastery ("Python Ninja") with clean, scalable code practices;
• Deep expertise in Scrapy, Playwright, and async networking;
• Solid hands-on experience with proxy management (residential, datacenter, rotating networks, session stickiness);
• Experience with advanced unblocking tools and techniques (bypassing Cloudflare, Akamai, Datadome, CAPTCHA solvers, TLS/browser fingerprinting);
• Practical DevOps knowledge (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, monitoring);
• Strong web reverse engineering skills (analyzing network traffic, API endpoints, WebSocket messages, minified JS);
• Experience in building or deploying scalable web scraping infrastructure;
• High level of responsibility, SLA-driven mindset, and target-oriented approach;
• Excellent teamwork, fast thinking, and strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.

You’re gonna love it, and here’s why:

• Rich innovative software stack, freedom to choose the best suitable technologies;
• Remote-first ideology: freedom to operate from the home office or any suitable coworking;
• Flexible working hours (we start from 8 to 11 am) and no time tracking systems on;
• Regular performance and compensation reviews;
• Recurrent 1-1s and measurable OKRs;
• In-depth onboarding with a clear success track;
• Competera covers 70% of your training/course fee;
• 20 vacation days, 15 days off, and up to one week of paid Christmas holidays;
• 20 business days of sick leave.

Drive innovations with us. Be a Competerian.

Please note: This role requires working in shifts. If you're interested, I can share a draft schedule with you.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in optimizing data pipelines, resolving intricate integration issues, and ensuring uncompromising data quality.

About the Project

A platform shaping the future of facilities management by connecting buildings, occupants, service providers, and operatives. The ecosystem spans FM service workflows, IoT-connected building sensors, third-party FM platforms, mobile and web clients, and event-driven microservices.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations across internal microservices, third-party FM platforms, IoT sensors, and external APIs.
• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines on Azure Databricks, building on Delta Lake and Lakehouse architecture to ingest, model, transform, and serve structured and semi-structured data.
• Define and own the data modelling layer - schemas and domain models that keep data structured and validated before ingestion, avoiding raw data sprawl.
• Work with event-driven architectures (message queues, pub/sub, event streams) to enable real-time data propagation and workflow automation.
• Define and enforce data mapping, transformation rules, and validation standards across all data flows.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and data stakeholders to translate integration requirements into robust solutions.

• Understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and cloud-native environments.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over data quality and integration reliability.
• Comfort working across engineering, product, and business teams.

• Exposure to real-time streaming data and sensor telemetry workflows.
• Knowledge of data governance, lineage tracking, or observability tooling.

We offer:

• Comprehensive day-off policy, including public holidays and special events;
• Education & certification budget + corporate education events;

HRAVITY is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team. We are a technical recruitment agency placing Senior+ engineers and tech leaders at product companies and startups across the US and EU. We don’t do volume hiring, we work with small and mid-sized teams who care about hiring quality over speed.

Our team mainly works in a full recruitment cycle: from the first call with a hiring manager to an accepted offer. The focus of this role is on driving sourcing and recruitment efforts, as part of a small agile team. You'll run 1–3 open roles at a time, just enough to actually understand what each client needs and find the right person. This role is ideal for candidates with an educational background in IT or some initial experience in the tech field, who are eager to grow their career in recruitment.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Active sourcing — most of your candidates won't be actively looking. You'll build outreach strategies, test new channels, quickly read what the market looks like for a given role, and iterate until you find what works.
• Job marketing — write JDs that attract the right people, choose where to post them, and manage the inbound flow
• Screening & interviews — you'll talk to a lot of people. For each conversation, there are two jobs: present the role in a way that makes the right candidate interested, and run a structured interview to assess whether they actually fit.
• Coordination — schedule interviews, keep all sides aligned, and make sure the process moves without unnecessary delays. The best candidate experience often comes down to this.
• Client collaboration — run discovery calls, ask the questions hiring managers didn't think to answer, and turn vague requirements into a search strategy. Iterate, update, be a partner and lead client through the process.
• Talent pipeline — build and maintain a reserve of strong candidates you've already vetted. Keep relationships warm so when a role opens, you're not starting from zero.
• Process & records — keep the ATS (Notion) clean, up to date, and document what works. We're a small team, so good habits here matter.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

• 2+ years in IT recruitment, ideally with US or EU markets
• Strong sourcer — you know your way around sourcing tools and automation, and don't rely on one channel
• Strong English (B2) — you'll be writing JDs, running interviews, and managing client relationships in it daily
• Education in IT or completed technical courses — you understand how software is built, can read a tech stack, and follow a conversation with developers
• Structured thinker — you communicate in a clear way, prioritize well, and can articulate your reasoning
• Self-driven — you manage your own workload, flag issues before they become problems, and don't need someone to check if things are moving. We trust people to own their work without being reminded.

WHAT ARE THE WORKING CONDITIONS?

• Remote-first setup, flexible working hours and unlimited vacation policy
• Supportive and collaborative atmosphere with flat hierarchies and BS-free environment
• Full tax and expense coverage, all necessary equipment, tools, and resources
• Competitive base salary with uncapped performance-based bonuses
• Comprehensive insurance coverage, gym memberships and more

Why Join Us

• A true lead role: you own the channel, the strategy, and the 100k target

• A direct line to the Founder, C-management and real influence over how we grow
• KPI bonuses tied to results you control
• Build and run your own team
• Fully remote, European timezone

Do Not Apply If…
