Web Designer (Figma) — Landing Pages - Marketing Sites

We are a CRO focused agency, dealing with 100+ projects a month with over 5 years industry experience.

About the role
We're looking for a Web Designer to join our team and help design websites/landing pages/web apps for ecommerce / shopify. You'll work closely with product managers / developers / marketing to turn ideas into clean, functional, user-friendly interfaces.

What you'll do

• Design websites, landing pages, and UI components from wireframe to final mockup
• Create and maintain a design system / style guide
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Conduct basic UX research / usability reviews
• Optimize designs for responsiveness (desktop, tablet, mobile)

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in web design
• Strong portfolio showing web/landing page projects
• Proficiency in Figma (or Adobe XD/Sketch)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, typography, grid systems, color theory
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (a plus, not always required)
• English level: Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate]

Nice to have

• Experience with [Webflow, animation tools like Figma smart animate/After Effects]
• Branding or illustration skills
• Experience working with international clients/products
