Lead Generation Manager for Design Agency (Upwork Proposals)

About us

We're Creava, a small design agency focused on SaaS, B2B platforms, dashboards, admin panels, and AI-powered interfaces. We're looking for someone to help us find and win the right client work on Upwork.
 

What you'll do

• Search Upwork daily for relevant job posts that match our design services (SaaS/B2B UX-UI, dashboards, admin panels, AI-powered interfaces, MVPs, Figma design systems)
• Review each post carefully and use judgment to apply only to jobs that are a genuine fit for our agency
• Quickly pull relevant examples from our existing portfolio and past projects to reference in proposals
• Write personalized, human-written cover letters for each application — no AI-generated proposals
• Track applications and follow up on responses as needed
   

What we're looking for

• Proven experience with lead generation and proposal writing on Upwork specifically
• Background in sales or lead generation
• Strong writing skills — able to write clear, persuasive, personalized cover letters yourself, without relying on AI tools
• Enough familiarity with design/UX-UI process to understand which job posts are actually relevant and to speak credibly about our work
• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working independently for a short daily block
