Our client is a leading financial services business operating a comprehensive data marketplace that supports the entire Client’s business.

Project overview

The Snowflake platform administration team underpins the data marketplace ecosystem, including Snowflake, Confluent, dbt Labs, and Astronomer. The team is expanding to include new skills in Terraform-based platform configuration automation to better support the platform's operational needs. The role focuses on platform administration and operational stability.

Position overview

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Platform Engineer/DevOps to join the team. The successful candidate will primarily deliver platform configuration automation using Terraform within a CI/CD environment, onboard new consuming applications, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure overall stability of the Snowflake environment. This role requires strong expertise in managing Snowflake environments, platform integrations, and infrastructure-as-code automation with Terraform.

A $1,000 bonus will be provided after a successful trial period.

This position requires working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK time zone.

Your impact:
 

• Assist marketing team with operational tasks;
• Deliver research on marketing activities and analyze content within the Health & Fitness sphere;
• Reviewing advertisements to ensure alignment with company policies and guidelines;
• Configure, launch, conduct advertising campaigns on Facebook/Google/etc;
• Generate ideas for new advertising campaigns;
• Monitor performance of marketing campaigns, look for the causes of deviations and opportunities for growth;
• Set technical task for creative and content teams.
   

About you:
 

• Junior marketing specialist or recent graduate in Marketing / Business / Economics / Analytics;
• Intermediate+ English level;
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to work with data, draw insights, and support decision-making;
• Motivated to grow in digital marketing within a leading Ukrainian Health&Fitness Tech company;
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive;
• Quick learner, self-motivated, and eager to test ideas.
   

Would be a plus:
 

• Experience working with data (Excel/Google Sheets);
• Previous experience in digital marketing or analytics projects;
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads Manager, or holds relevant digital advertising certification.

Required experience:

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management within an outsourced or product IT company;
• Proven track record of delivering multiple successful projects (preferably in web, mobile);
• Technical understanding gained through experience or education in development, QA, or business analysis.

Required skills:

• Ability to manage the full delivery lifecycle — from pre-sale/discovery to release and post-launch support;
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and documentation management, including maintaining structured project documentation, roadmaps, and delivery reports;
• Experience with project tracking and planning tools, such as Gantt charts, burndown charts, and Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics;
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum principles (experience with Waterfall is a plus);
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on mindset;
• Strong leadership and communication skills — able to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain client confidence;
• Risk management expertise: able to identify potential issues early, assess their impact, and develop effective mitigation plans;
• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset: takes initiative, proposes improvements, and drives decisions rather than waiting for direction;
• Business-oriented thinking: understands how PM decisions impact client goals, budgets, and company success;
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
• Participation in HR-related processes — onboarding, performance reviews, salary reviews, and offboarding;
• Involvement in recruitment — interviewing, evaluating, and selecting candidates for project roles;
• Initiating and managing termination processes where necessary;
• Experience with financial coordination — preparing or verifying invoices, tracking project profitability, and supporting financial transparency;
• Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English, both verbal and written.

Would be a plus:

• Project management certification (PMI, CSM, PSM, etc.);
• Experience working with multi-team or complex projects;
• Technical or engineering degree.

Responsibilities:

• The primary goal is to ensure each project’s success — for the client, the company, and the team;
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client expectations;
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability;
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address risks before they escalate;
• Control budget, timelines, and quality to deliver predictable results;
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and recurring status meetings;
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction;
• Act as the main communication bridge between the client and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust;
• Support the company’s overall growth through continuous improvement, feedback, and innovation.
