We are expanding and looking for a Product Manager with a focus on patient experience. This role is critical in shaping how patients and providers interact with our telehealth platform, ensuring prescription flows are intuitive, fast, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient & Provider Experience: Gather and analyze user feedback (patients, doctors, pharmacies) and translate it into impactful features.
• Prescription Flow Optimization: Design, implement, and refine flows that minimize friction in prescription creation, approval, and delivery.
• Product Discovery & Strategy: Define product goals, align them with business strategy, and maintain a clear roadmap.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design teams to create intuitive, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Metrics & Insights: Monitor adoption, patient satisfaction, and prescription fulfillment KPIs; use insights to guide continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in health tech, telehealth, or digital services (experience in the US medical field is a strong plus).
• Solid understanding of healthcare workflows (telehealth, prescribing, pharmacy integration).
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, product discovery, and prioritization.
• Ability to translate patient and provider needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Experience with automation, integrations, and platform usability improvements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with US time zones.

We're looking for a skilled graphic designer to own our visual identity across product, marketing, and brand. If you have a sharp eye, think in compositions, and know how to get production-quality results from AI generation tools — we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Create product imagery, marketing creatives, and brand visuals for web, app, ads, and social
• Generate and iterate on AI-produced visuals (product shots, lifestyle imagery, hero graphics) using tools like Midjourney, Krea, DALL-E, Flux, etc.
• Develop and maintain brand visual guidelines and asset libraries
• Work with 3D rendering for product visuals (medications, packaging, lifestyle compositions)
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams on creative direction

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating refined visual taste and range — clean, modern, premium aesthetics
• Proven AI image generation experience: portfolio must include both final images and the prompts/process behind them
• Proficiency with Figma and/or Photoshop
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Ability to work autonomously and iterate fast

Nice to Have

• 3D skills (product rendering, lighting, volumetric compositions)
• Motion design
• Experience building or evolving a brand from early stage

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support the Head of Operations and cross-functional operational processes across multiple departments.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving organizational challenges, and can keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously. You will work closely with the Head of Operations to help coordinate processes, track priorities, organize information, and ensure follow-through across teams.

This is a support and coordination role focused on execution, communication, organization, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate follow-ups across departments and external partners

- Track tasks, deadlines, and operational priorities

- Organize internal documentation, trackers, and SOPs

- Assist with invoice tracking, reimbursement organization, and operational documentation

- Draft internal communications and process updates

- Conduct operational and competitor research when needed

- Help coordinate launches, escalations, and cross-functional projects

- Maintain organized records and ensure information is properly documented

Requirements

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Good written and verbal English communication

- Ability to work independently and proactively

- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
