    We’re looking for a Lead Influencer Marketing — someone who can own the entire influencer direction, build systems (not chaos), and turn creator relationships into long-term brand equity and revenue.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Own and define the influencer marketing strategy across all platforms
    • Build and scale long-term relationships with creators and ambassadors
    • Lead sourcing, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and retention of influencers
    • Design campaign frameworks, briefs, and content guidelines
    • Oversee campaign execution from concept to delivery
    • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
    • Collaborate closely with content, media buying, and community teams
    • Identify trends, formats, and creator opportunities early
    • Improve systems, processes, and workflows within influencer marketing
    • Act as the owner and decision-maker for the influencer function

     

    What You Bring

    • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing (DTC, wellness, lifestyle preferred)
    • Proven experience leading influencer campaigns at scale
    • Strong negotiation skills and experience with Tier 1–3 creators
    • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
    • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and creator economies
    • Strong English (Upper-Intermediate+)
    • Ability to balance creative thinking with performance metrics
    • Comfortable working cross-functionally and remotely

    Our client is a fast-growing consumer health brand in the gut health / probiotics space, operating primarily on the U.S. market. The company sells products through major retail chains and online marketplaces and is scaling its operations across e-commerce, logistics, finance, and internal analytics. Automation and system integrations play a critical role in supporting this growth.

    The role is focused on building and maintaining integrations between internal tools and external services, automating operational workflows, and ensuring reliable data flows across systems.

     

    We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our omnichannel business (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Target). This role partners with Marketing, eCommerce and Finance to translate data into insights that drive company growth and profitability.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    Deep-dive marketplace performance and identify key growth drivers.
    Build actionable dashboards and analytical models for: Sales, margin, and profitability, Customer cohorts & LTV, SKU & portfolio performance, New product launch tracking
    TikTok Shop performance analytics including: Funnel & conversion behavior, Creator / affiliate performance and ROI, Promotion & pricing impact, Repeat purchase / retention trends
    Analyze drivers of growth & decline
    Support retail performance tracking
    Present insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or related field.
    Proven experience as a data analyst.
    Proficiency in data analytics software and tools (must have: Excel, Google sheets, SQL, Power BI; nice to have: Tableau, R, Python).
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze large amounts of data with accuracy.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English: Upper intermediate).
