We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to drive customer acquisition growth across cross-border markets, build a high-performing international team, and take full ownership of performance channels, strategy, and execution.
Your Mission
Grow the number of new international buyers by 15-20% month-over-month, while keeping CAC in the limit
This is not a one-time growth spike - this is consistent, compounding growth that will fuel our international expansion across 10+ markets.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in international performance marketing for large-scale e-commerce projects.
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube - hands-on, not just strategy.
Solid experience with EU markets and cross-border marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of performance metrics, customer acquisition funnels, and attribution.
Proficiency in BI tools, Google Analytics, and data-driven decision making.
English at B1+ level or higher.
Strong leadership skills: you've built and managed teams, hired people, and shaped culture.
Ownership mindset - proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure (especially when accounts get blocked π).

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Uploading various types of digital content, including text, images, videos, and documents;
- Formatting and updating content based on the provided ToR;
- Ensuring content adheres to editorial guidelines, SEO principles, and brand tone of voice;
- Integrating graphic elements and banners onto the site.
- Analysing and researching competitors' content;

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience as a content manager;
- Proficiency in English (at least at an intermediate level);
