    The Backoffice Support Team (BST) owns the systems and tools used internally by our backoffice teams, including Customer Service and Operations, to manage customers and commercial partners. The team is responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal support platforms and workflows.

    This includes:
    ● Zendesk is the main ticketing system
    ● Postbox, the internal customer communication area
    ● Custom integrations with core systems and other internal services

    BST plays a key role in enabling operational efficiency, ensuring that internal users have reliable, scalable, and well-integrated tools to handle customer and partner interactions effectively.

     
    Technical Skills (Must-Haves):
    Experience: University degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.

    •  At least 5 years as a React / React Native developer, with a strong record of delivering high-quality, performant mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
    • Proficiency in React, React Native, React Hooks, Redux, Nx (or similar tools)
    • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
    • You have strong experience with React or similar Frameworks / Libraries
    • Familiarity with CSS-in-JS like styled-components
    • Experience with Next.js, Static Site Generators, the JAM-Stack, (headless-) Content Management Systems, and material-ui is a plus
    • English level is at least Upper-Intermediate
       

    Your Responsibilities
    1. As an experienced Mobile and Web Frontend Engineer, you will be delighting the customers by working on our customer-facing (both web and mobile app) platform as well as building the internal tooling for Raisin’s operations teams
    2. Together with your team, you will own the design, implementation, and deployment of our applications
    3. Part of your responsibilities will be guiding features from their implementation through to testing, refinement, and finally launch

    Our team operates 09:00–17:00 (GMT+2, Kyiv, Ukraine time).

    You can work from anywhere, but we expect daily overlap with the team during its working hours for smooth coordination and handovers.

     

    πŸ’° Compensation1) Fixed rate for confirmed chats (monthly)

    Payment is calculated per confirmed chat created and handed over to the Listing Team Lead, provided the minimum monthly threshold is reached:

    • Up to 30 confirmed chats/month β€” $1 per chat
    • 30–39 β€” $1.5 per chat
    • 40–49 β€” $2 per chat
    • 50+ β€” $2.5 per chat

    Important:

    • A chat is counted only if you independently initiate the contact and hand it over to the Listing Team Lead.
    • Payout: once per month (based on monthly results).

     

    2) Commission from successful deals

    You receive 8% of the listing deal amount if:

    • the project was found and brought in by you; and
    • the deal was successfully closed by the Listing Team Lead.

    Commission split (16% total):

    • 8% β€” Listing Researcher
    • 8% β€” Deal-closer (Listing Team Lead)

    Minimum listing fee: $5,000 β†’ your 8% = $400

    Commission payout: within up to 1 week after deal closure.
