We are hiring a Content Lead to own the quality, direction and performance of everything we publish.
You will set the bar creatively, editorially and strategically, while leading a globally distributed team of creators.
Responsibilities:
1. Editorial Quality Across All Channels
You will define and enforce the standard for:
- LinkedIn-first thought leadership and carousels
- Instagram and short-form visual storytelling
- YouTube scripts and video narratives
- X threads and commentary
- Website, landing pages and long-form editorial
- Newsletter and educational content
Every asset must be clear, useful, credible and high-performing. You will ensure that nothing generic or low-value ships.
2. AI-Native Content Creation
You must be deeply familiar with AI and generative AI tools, not as a trend, but as working instruments.
You should:
- Actively use LLMs and generative tools in your own workflow
- Understand prompt design, iteration and model strengths and limits
- Know how to combine human creativity with AI acceleration
- Distinguish between high-quality AI-assisted content and low-effort AI output
- Guide the team on responsible, high-standard AI usage
You will help design AI-assisted content systems that increase speed without compromising quality.
3. Client Content Strategy and Execution
We work with top AI companies to create content and distribution strategies that drive trust and adoption.
You will:
- Shape narrative frameworks for enterprise AI brands
- Turn complex technical products into compelling stories
- Build multi-channel campaigns that move beyond awareness into engagement
- Guide clients on positioning, differentiation and credibility
- Maintain the highest quality bar across all client deliverables
This requires strategic thinking, commercial awareness and strong executive presence.
4. Creative Leadership
You must be a world-class creator yourself.
You should be able to:
- Write scroll-stopping LinkedIn posts
- Develop high-performing carousel concepts
- Script engaging educational videos
- Translate dense AI topics into simple, powerful narratives
- Build repeatable content formats that scale
You will lead from the front. The team learns from your work.
5. Team Leadership and Systems
You will manage a globally distributed team of writers, designers and video editors.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting clear briefs with strong hooks, proof and outcomes
- Running structured content reviews
- Implementing a tiered quality control system
- Building repeatable workflows
- Coaching creators to improve craft and performance
- Holding a high standard while maintaining psychological safety
You must combine creative excellence with operational discipline.
