    πŸš€ MISSION STATEMENT

We’re not just closing deals β€” we’re building the commercial engine that will disrupt a $50B industry dominated by legacy financial giants πŸ’Όβš‘οΈ

As our Commercial & Outreach Orchestrator, you’ll architect systems, strategies, and relationships that let our elite team scale fast and penetrate markets with surgical precision.

Your ability to blend creative strategy with aggressive execution isn’t supportβ€”it’s a key competitive edge.

    🎯 CRITICAL OBJECTIVE

Build and run outreach and account systems that eliminate friction, boost velocity, and allow us to scale to hundreds of high-value clientsβ€”fast.

We’re not here for process. We’re here to win. You’ll be measured by how quickly and effectively you acquire and grow real clients, not by following outdated sales playbooks πŸ“ˆ

    🧠 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re not a β€œfollow the CRM script” account manager.

You think like a founder, act like an owner, and chase markets others avoid.

You know that results > processes, and you thrive on speed, ambiguity, and bold thinking.

You build systems that convert, not just look good in a deck.

You move fast, make smart decisions with half the info, and don’t need someone holding your hand.

You’re not just good at outreachβ€”you break into markets others can’t touch πŸš€

    βœ… WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Build scalable systems for client acquisition & growth
    • Launch unconventional outreach strategies to crack untouched markets
    • Create a retention-first approach to client relationship management
    • Own our commercial growth infrastructureβ€”no bloat, all velocity
    • Spot trends before they trend and position us ahead of demand
    • Own revenue outcomes with minimal oversight and maximum accountability
    • Build a team culture where client results > traditional sales etiquette

❌ WHAT WE DON’T CARE ABOUT

    • Sales certifications or polished MBAs
    • Years of experience following corporate funnels
    • Familiarity with every CRM under the sun
    • Fancy logos on your CV
    • Traditional career progression in sales/account roles

    πŸ’‘ WHAT WE ACTUALLY VALUE

    • You’ve scaled client bases fastβ€”and can prove it
    • You’ve solved impossible commercial problems with creative solutions
    • You adapt fast and learn new markets like a sponge
    • You’ve made real decisions that gave companies an edge
    • You own outcomes, not tasks
    • You’ve driven revenue velocity, not just activity numbers

    🏁 OUR STANDARD

    This isn’t a predictable 9–5 role πŸ•πŸš«

You work with speed, precision, and relentless focus on results.

You solve the commercial problems others avoid.

You’re not afraid of chaosβ€”you use it to move faster.

You finish what you startβ€”and raise the bar every time.

    πŸ”₯ THE KEEPER TEST

We’ll fight to keep you if:

    • You’ve built outreach systems that move faster than the market
    • Your client acquisition engine scaled beyond what we thought possible
    • You made bold, strategic decisions that worked
    • You opened markets others missed
    • You 10x’d results using the same resources
    • You constantly challenge and improve how we do commercial

    ⚠️ FINAL NOTE

This is not your average sales job.

We’re building the commercial core of a company that’s breaking all the rules.

If you want safe and predictableβ€”this isn’t for you.

If you want to make waves, move fast, and win bigβ€”let’s talk. πŸ’₯

VitaUp is a fast-growing, premium supplement brand with a strong presence on Amazon US and EU. Our products compete with market leaders like NOW, Pure Encapsulations, and Nature Made β€” and we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a Amazon Product Owner/ Account Manager  to own and scale our portfolio on Amazon β€” from launch to growth strategy, positioning, pricing, and P&L performance. If you think like a business owner, understand how to move levers that drive ranking and revenue, and thrive in high-performance environments β€” we want to meet you.

What you’ll get from this role

    • Full ownership over a portfolio of high-performing SKUs in a competitive, high-ROI niche.
    • Direct business impact β€” your products can generate $100K+ in monthly revenue, and your decisions will directly affect our top and bottom line.
    • A fast-moving, no-BS environment where performance, initiative, and smart experimentation are valued.

    What you’ll do

    • Lead product launches on Amazon from scratch: research β†’ positioning β†’ pre-launch setup β†’ post-launch acceleration.
    • Build and optimize product listings for search visibility, conversion, and BSR growth β€” including SEO, pricing, reviews, and creative briefs.
    • Analyze Brand Analytics, Helium10, keyword data, competitor gaps β€” and turn insights into high-ROI decisions.
    • Own product strategy: define how each SKU competes, who it serves, and how it scales.
    • Run A/B tests, keyword split-tests, funnel experiments, and scale what works.
    • Collaborate with PPC, design, influencer, and affiliate teams to align on launch and scaling strategies.
    • Monitor revenue, margin, conversion rates, reviews, return rate β€” and report what drives or blocks growth.
    • Ensure smooth collaboration with supply chain and operations β€” from launch stock planning to restocking timelines.

    You’ll be a great fit if you…

    • Have 4+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience, ideally in supplements, wellness, or beauty.
    • Have launched and grown 6-figure Amazon products, with proven impact on revenue and ranking.
    • Think in terms of performance metrics, not just β€œimproving listings.”
    • Are comfortable with tools like Brand Analytics, Helium10, DataDive, Sellerboard, Looker, etc.
    • Understand what sells on Amazon β€” and how to align keywords, price, visuals, reviews into a strong funnel.
    • Have strong commercial sense: you get lifecycle, pricing, bundling, positioning, and what drives LTV.
    • Can structure your work independently, drive your own roadmap, and challenge assumptions with data.

    What we’re looking for

    • Experience managing Amazon DTC products from strategy to execution.
    • Strong understanding of conversion levers, SEO, and Amazon algorithms.
    • Analytical skills β€” Google Sheets, dashboards, basic SQL or BI tools are a plus.
    • Fluent English β€” content quality matters, and so does understanding your audience.
    • Previous experience in supplements, healthcare, or wellness is a strong advantage.
    • Understanding of FDA/FTC compliance and Amazon content policies is a big plus.

    What we offer

    • Competitive salary in USD (depending on experience) with possible bonuses for reasonable turnover.
    • Paid vacation, public holidays and personal day-offs.
    • Remote work format, flexible schedule and no micromanagement. The main thing is the result.
    • Working with products that are among the top sellers on Amazon USA and EU.
    • A space where initiative and the realization of your own ideas are always welcome.
    • Option to grow into Head of Product or Brand Strategy.

If you think like an owner and move like a strategist β€” send your CV and a few examples of listings or products you’ve launched or managed.
