    Role overview:

    This is a senior individual contributor role. You will personally run TikTok lead generation campaigns end-to-end on a daily basis. This is not a people management role right now.


    Responsibilities:

    • Build and execute paid media strategy to generate high-quality leads via TikTok Ads.
    • Launch, test, optimize, and scale campaigns (structure, audiences, placements, bidding).
    • Own budget pacing and performance to keep campaigns ROI-positive.
    • Track and improve key metrics: CPL/CPA, CVR, ROAS, lead quality, LTV (where available).
    • Drive a structured creative testing process (angles, hooks, formats, iterations).
    • Collaborate with creative/landing resources: clear briefs, fast feedback loops.
    • Ensure compliance with TikTok/Facebook policies and regulated-vertical requirements.


    Requirements:

    • 3+ years in paid social with strong lead generation results.
    • Required: hands-on experience running and scaling Auto Loans lead gen campaigns (TikTok-first).
    • Strong expertise in TikTok Ads (Facebook is a plus).
    • Experience scaling performance campaigns with meaningful budgets.
    • Strong analytics and reporting skills (attribution basics, funnel metrics, lead quality).
    • Understanding of compliance constraints in consumer finance lead gen (ad policies, claims, approvals, disclaimers).
    • Clear communication and ownership; able to operate independently.


    Nice to have:

    • Auto Loans lead gen experience in the US market.
    • Familiarity with pixel/CAPI/event tracking and BI dashboards.
