📚 Your qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management specifically within iGaming (B2C or B2B platform)
• 2+ years in a leadership role (Head / Lead Product Manager)
• Proven track record of scaling products and teams in high-growth environments
• Experience owning or directly influencing product metrics and revenue (P&L responsibility is a strong advantage)
• Strong data-driven mindset: ability to work with product analytics, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.), and experimentation frameworks

Jones Group is a Kyiv-based branding and web design agency. While we’ve spent a lot of time working with clients in the UK, we are now focusing our energy on the Ukrainian market.

We need someone to take charge of our business development and stay with the clients throughout their journey with us. This isn’t a "set and forget" sales role. You will find the clients, bring them on board, and then act as their main point of contact and project manager until their website or brand is launched.

You’ll be working directly with the founder and will have a massive impact on how we grow in the local market. This is a great spot for someone who likes design, enjoys meeting new people, and wants to see a project through from an idea to a live website.

Responsibilities:

• Finding Ukrainian businesses and startups that need better design and reaching out to them with personalised, helpful introductions.
• Acting as the bridge between the client and our design team. You’ll make sure the client’s vision is being met and keep things on schedule.
• Helping us stay visible by assisting with our social media presence-sharing our latest work and updates.
• Representing the agency at local events and meetups in Kyiv to build face-to-face relationships.
• Being the friendly, reliable point of contact from the first hello to the final project handover.

About You:

• Native Ukrainian speaker with a high level of English (B2 or higher).
• You should be a “people person” who can build trust without using pushy sales tactics. We don’t do “hard selling”.
• You’ll be overseeing projects from start to finish, so you need to be someone who doesn’t let details slip through the cracks.
• You understand the current business environment in Ukraine and know how to talk to local founders and owners.
• We are remote for now, but you should be based in or near Kyiv

We're not looking for someone to build a pipeline from scratch - we're looking for a connector. Someone who already knows the right people in AEC, BIM, construction tech, or IT services, and can open the right doors quickly. 

We offer two engagement models depending on your availability, so whether you're looking for a full-time sales role or a flexible side partnership - we have a format that works. 

Requirements: 

• Existing network of decision-makers in AEC, BIM/VDC, construction tech, engineering software, or IT services; 
• Prior experience selling or placing services in custom software development, BIM modeling, CAD automation, or digital engineering; 
• Understanding of what a BIM Manager, VDC Director, or Engineering CTO actually needs; 
• Ability to qualify leads, make warm introductions, and drive deals to close – independently. 

Responsibilities: 

• Identifying and introducing potential clients from your existing network; 
• Making warm referrals or conducting initial outreach on behalf of Consedge Tech; 
• Coordinating discovery calls with our technical team; 
• Following up and supporting the deal through to signed contract. 

Note: Proposals, scoping, delivery, and client management are fully handled by our team - your focus is relationships and introductions.

• Experience working with AEC-focused SaaS or engineering software vendors;

Option A - Base + Commission (Active Sales Manager)

About your role:
You will be working on a 100% Greenfield project, building the frontend from scratch with no legacy code involved. You will have full autonomy, acting like a Product Owner for your part of the frontend, with direct access to backend engineers for API discussions and no micromanagement. The work involves challenging engineering tasks, developing fully-featured Progressive Web Apps that can replace native applications, in a senior-only environment where you’ll collaborate with other strong engineers. 

In this role, you will

• Design and implement a white-label architecture, building a core application that allows easy generation of additional client-specific versions in the future
• Build and lead a team of 2–4 Middle/Senior Vue developers, including hiring, onboarding, and establishing development and code quality processes
• Own delivery management, organizing team workflows to turn ready requirements and designs into a working Release Candidate (MVP) within 3 months
• Ensure native-like UX and resilience, delivering instant UI feedback and stable performance even under poor network conditions (e.g., intermittent 3G/Edge)
• Adapt the application for iOS, providing a fully native-like experience while working around mobile Safari limitations (cache resets, navigation quirks)
• Collaborate closely with the backend team to define API contracts and optimize requests for web performance

Own quality and infrastructure, including Core Web Vitals performance metrics and CI/CD pipeline setup in collaboration with DevOps engineers

It’s all about you

• 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Vue and TypeScript
• Strong hands-on experience building Progressive Web Applications (PWA), including Service Workers, Web App Manifest, and Cache Storage API
• Experience designing frontend architecture from scratch (greenfield projects)
• Hands-on experience handling unstable network conditions (e.g., intermittent 3G/Edge), including retry mechanisms, connection loss handling, and proper error states
• Experience solving platform-specific challenges for iOS/Safari PWAs (cache eviction, background limitations, navigation quirks)
• Strong understanding of the PWA lifecycle and seamless application updates
• Solid understanding of performance metrics (Core Web Vitals) and optimization techniques
   

Would be a plus

• Experience working with WebRTC
• Experience configuring advanced caching strategies using Workbox
• Experience setting up basic CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps engineers
