We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with strong expertise in user journey optimization, funnel analytics, and lifecycle communication to build and scale our Product Marketing function.

🎯 Your Impact Areas

• Own and lead funnel initiatives end-to-end - from defining hypotheses and success metrics to hands-on testing, performance tracking, iteration, and direct execution of go-to-market strategies for new funnels and experiments.
• Analyze funnel data (activation, show-up rate, retention) and identify opportunities to improve key metrics.
• Collaborate closely with product, tech, and design teams to launch new funnel iterations (web & email).
• Work on value propositions, segmentation, and communication logic within each stage of the funnel.
• Use analytics tools (GA, Looker Studio, or alternatives) to identify insights and opportunities.
• Partner with performance and creative teams to craft messages that resonate with our audiences across markets (UA, PL, RO, UK).
• Research competitors and market trends to inspire new funnel ideas and growth experiments.
• Work closely with email marketing manager to improve conversion and user engagement.

🧠 Your Superpower Stack

Experience

• 2+ years in Product Marketing, Growth, or a similar B2C role.
• Practical experience working with funnels and improving conversion.
• Confident with analytics tools (GA, Looker Studio, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, tech, creative, and performance teams.

Background

• Preferably experience with international funnels (EU / Tier 1 markets).
• Ideal: experience in companies with strong performance marketing culture or holding structures.

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join a new R&D direction focused on subscription-based mobile products. The role centers around building strong web and mobile user experiences that improve activation, retention, and monetization. You’ll work on launching and scaling a product from MVP to growth stage, driving product decisions through analytics, experimentation, and direct impact on core business metrics like LTV and retention.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of UA experience focused on Meta for web funnels and mobile apps
• Proven track record of scaling Meta spend profitably – campaign setup, audience strategy, bidding, creative testing
• Strong analytical skills: confident with cohort analysis, LTV / ROAS modeling, payback calculation, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
• Solid understanding of subscription monetization and payback economics
