Junior Manual QA Engineer (Web, CRM)
We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join a team where your testing directly protects the experience of a multimillion-user audience. You will validate everything from analytics and API integrations to complex marketing logic and A/B experiments across several internal brands, gaining hands-on exposure to high-load systems most junior QAs only read about. This is a role for someone eager to go beyond the UI, dig into databases and backend logic, and grow into cross-project or automation testing over time.

In this role, you will
- Perform manual testing of web applications using API tools and databases
- Test marketing logic, personalization flows, and A/B experiments
- Run smoke, sanity, and regression testing of WEB applications
- Create test documentation: test cases, bug reports, and checklists
- Work within SCRUM and SDLC processes
- Collaborate with backend and mobile teams on cross-platform flows
- Investigate and report bugs with clear reproducibility
- Build and maintain testing reports
- Contribute ideas for improving testing speed and quality
- Conduct functional testing of new features
Itβs all about you
- At least 6 months of experience in manual testing of web applications, including work with API testing tools and databases
- Experience with cross-platform/browser testing (web, iOS, Android)
- Hands-on experience with databases
- Hands-on experience with API testing
- Experience with test management systems (Qase, TestRail, or similar)
- Proactive, quick to learn, with strong critical thinking
- Organized and results-oriented
- English at Intermediate level or higher
Would be a plus
- Experience testing with MongoDB Compass
- Experience with proxy debugging tools (Charles, Fiddler, Proxyman)
- Experience with marketing-related testing
