About the Project

We're building CoFo Neobank — the first AI-first smart wallet on Solana that brings the banking app experience (like Revolut, Robinhood) into the on-chain environment.

Our goal is to abstract blockchain complexity. We're building an architecture where every user gets a Smart Account (a programmable account, not a simple EOA) that supports multi-factor authentication (2/3 Multisig), access recovery, spending limits, and native integration of complex financial products (Staking, Yield, Perps, RWA).

Core Responsibilities

• Smart Account Architecture Development: Design and write custom Rust programs (Anchor) for managing user accounts. Implement multisig logic (Device Key + 2FA Key), key rotation, and access recovery (Social Recovery).

• DeFi Composability (Integrations): Write adapters and CPI (Cross-Program Invocations) calls to integrate external protocols directly into the smart account:

• Swap: Aggregation through Jupiter
• Yield & Lending: Integration with Kamino, MarginFi, Meteora
• Perps: Integration with Drift Protocol

• Security and Access Control: Implement spending limits system, protocol whitelisting, and replay attack protection.

• Portfolio Logic: Develop on-chain structures for position tracking (storing data about deposits, debts, PnL) for fast frontend/AI reading.

• Gas Abstraction: Implement mechanisms for paying fees on behalf of users (Fee Bundling / Gas Tank).

Requirements (Hard Skills)

• Expert Rust & Anchor: Deep understanding of Solana Sealevel runtime, memory management, PDAs, and Compute Units (CU) limitations.

• Account Abstraction Experience: Understanding of how to build smart contract wallets that differ from standard system accounts.

• DeFi Integration Experience: You've already worked with SDKs or IDLs of major Solana protocols (Jupiter, Kamino, Drift, etc.). You understand what CPI is and how to safely call external code.

• Cryptography: Understanding of signature operations (Ed25519), transaction verification, and building secure multisig schemes.

• Security Mindset: Experience with audits, knowledge of attack vectors on Solana (re-entrancy, account substitution, ownership checks).

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to build, lead, and scale our sales function. This role combines hands-on sales, team leadership, and strategic thinking. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales processes, and building long-term partnerships across key markets.
 

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and manage the sales function at Real Media
• Lead and mentor the sales team: workload management, performance reviews, and execution control
• Own the full B2B sales cycle: from first contact to deal closing and client handover
• Develop and execute sales strategies together with the CMO and management
• Adapt sales approaches to LATAM and North American markets, considering regional specifics
• Build long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners
• Ensure high-quality communication with clients, strong agency positioning, and clear value propositions
• Optimize sales processes, CRM logic, and collaboration with marketing and delivery teams
• Analyze sales performance and continuously improve efficiency
• Represent the agency in negotiations, partnerships, and industry events
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in an agency or digital marketing environment
• Strong understanding of iGaming, Betting, Affiliate, Crypto, or Web3 markets
• Experience working with LATAM clients (North America is a strong plus)
• Experience managing sales teams and complex, long sales cycles
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer specializing in Facebook ads and user acquisition. Candidates should have a prior track record of generating positive ROAS in the health and wellness space with significant ad spent 50k+ per month. Experience with Tiktok / Youtube ads is a plus.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Experience working with web2app or e-commerce models with proven, impressive results (purely lead generation specialists are not a fit for this role).
• Intermediate+ English level;
• Experience in media buying at least 2 years;
• Deep level of experience with Facebook ads;
• Tik Tok, youtube and Google ads are a plus;
• Deep understanding of key conversion metrics, CPM, CPC, CPA, LTV, etc.;
• Experience working with subscription SaaS business models
• Understanding of marketing funnels. 

Preferred Competencies: 

• Experience working in “health” niche.

Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re looking for a Senior Python Developer who will take ownership of a high-load AWS serverless solution designed to intelligently redirect users to the most suitable mirror domain.

The system takes into account multiple factors such as geographical location, mirror availability, user behavior, ISP limitations, and more. Its goal is to improve user experience, ensure high availability, and provide strong monitoring and analytics — all built on top of AWS serverless technologies for maximum scalability and flexibility.

Your key responsibilities will include:

– Full ownership and ongoing development of a serverless backend solution.

– Designing, implementing, and maintaining services using Python and AWS Serverless stack.

– Working with AWS CDK to define and evolve infrastructure as code.

– Developing and maintaining APIs and integrations with external systems.

– Ensuring system reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
