UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a strong UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us create a simple, intuitive, and high-quality EV charging experience for users around the world.
You’ll work closely with Product Manager, developers, QA, and stakeholders to design real product solutions - from user flows and wireframes to polished UI and design system improvements. We’re looking for someone who can not only create visually strong designs, but also deeply understand user needs, product goals, and business impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Improve existing product features based on user needs, analytics, and business goals
• Work closely with Product Manager, developers, and QA during the full product development cycle
• Support and improve the design system to ensure consistency across the product
• Analyze user behavior and suggest improvements to increase usability and engagement
• Prepare clear design documentation for development teams
• Participate in product discussions and help shape better user experiences
  
  REQUIREMENTS
   
• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio with real product cases, preferably mobile and web applications
• Deep understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and user-centered design
• Strong skills in Figma
• Ability to create clean, modern, and consistent UI
• Experience working with design systems and reusable components
• Understanding of product logic, user flows, edge cases, and business requirements
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly
• Experience working closely with developers and product teams
• Attention to detail and strong ownership of design quality
• English level - B2

NICE TO HAVE
 

• Experience with B2C or SaaS products
• Experience designing mobile applications
• Understanding of EV charging, mobility, maps, booking, payments, or marketplace products
• Basic understanding of analytics tools and user behavior metrics
• Experience with UX research, interviews, or usability testing
• Motion design or micro-interaction skills
• Experience with Claude Design
