Senior Delivery Manager / Agile Delivery Lead

US Company is searching for a couple of Senior Delivery Managers (Agile Delivery Leads) to join a complex, enterprise-level project focused on building sophisticated Agentic Systems and Adaptive RAG engines capable of autonomous research to solve complex, real-world problems. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a distributed international team. Full-time, official contract, remote work, and flexible schedule. For candidates located in Poland only.

Brief project description:

• The product is SaaS, which allows multiple functions for sustainability & operational risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery across multiple Agile squads, ensuring alignment, transparency, and predictable execution.
• Drive cross-team coordination and facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, architecture, and leadership.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, proactively driving them to resolution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate delivery progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Handle conflicts constructively across teams and stakeholders, facilitating alignment and timely decision-making.
• Foster a strong delivery culture with clear ownership, accountability, and focus on business outcomes.
• Drive a sense of urgency around project execution while maintaining sustainable delivery practices.
• Coach teams and leaders on effective Agile ways of working that improve delivery rather than focusing solely on Scrum ceremonies.
• Facilitate planning, dependency management, release coordination, and major cross-functional initiatives.
• Support Product Owners and Engineering Managers in prioritization, planning, and execution.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying systemic issues and implementing practical process enhancements.
• Escalate organizational impediments when necessary and ensure blockers are resolved efficiently.
• Facilitate key delivery discussions, workshops, retrospectives, and alignment sessions where they create business value.
• Build trusted relationships across squads and leadership while fostering transparency and collaboration.

Required skills (must have):

• 7+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar leadership role within enterprise software development.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple Agile teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent conflict resolution, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive delivery, manage dependencies, and maintain alignment across multiple teams.
• Experience working closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Architects, and senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) with a pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset.
• Experience facilitating planning sessions, delivery reviews, risk management, and cross-team coordination.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Following EU business hours with readiness to cover evening hours for Canada-based teams.

Would be considered as a plus:

• Experience with enterprise SaaS products.
• Project Management and/or Program Management experience.
• Agile certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe, etc.).
• Experience working with distributed international teams.
• Knowledge of AI/ML or GenAI projects.

Work conditions:

• 100% remote work. Poland only.
• Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Official contract: salary, sick-leave days, holidays, vacations.
