🎯 Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to clarify business goals & define requirements
• Turn specs into actionable backlogs & sprint plans
• Drive delivery rhythm: plan sprints, track velocity, support retrospectives
• Ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules, risks, and dependencies
• Control budgets, track team capacity & delivery quality
• Build alignment across product, dev & business teams
• Proactively improve project results and team performance
   

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices
• Fluent English (B2–C1) — written and spoken
• Strong stakeholder management & team communication skills
• Critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
• You enjoy mentoring and knowledge sharing
   

🌟 Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP
• Experience with MongoDB / NoSQL
• Basic understanding of distributed systems
• Exposure to orchestration tools (Airflow, Talend, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory)
