We are looking for a Development Tech Lead to join our team and take ownership of leading the technical team while actively contributing to the codebase (approximately 30-40% of the time). The ideal candidate will have expertise in Node.js and will play a critical role in developing a new module for our platform. This role requires a balance of technical leadership, hands-on development skills, and experience with modern and legacy Node.js technologies.

About the project: 
A British enterprise project. Our task is to create a new functional module from scratch for Vendor Marketing Activity Management and a complementary Retailer Review and Feedback Process. 

Team structure: 1 tech lead, 3 developers (frontend and backend), 1 QA, 1 UI/UX Designer, 1 РМ. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in Node.js 
• Strong knowledge of API development and integration, including endpoint optimization and versioning.
• Experience with data modeling and workflows (e.g., investment creation, plan submission, commenting).
• Familiarity with both modern and legacy Node.js technologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with Heroku for deployment and application management.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Upper-Intermediate English level

It will be a plus: 

• Working experience with Frontend technologies (preferably Angular)

Responsibilities:

• Lead team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and architectural solutions.
• Actively contribute to developing a new module, focusing mostly on the backend (Node.js).
• Extend and optimize existing data models, including workflows like investment creation, plan submission, and commenting.
• Develop and integrate APIs, including versioning, endpoint optimization, and seamless data exchange.
• Implement data aggregation and filtering solutions for analytics, providing insights at weekly and category levels.
• Set up and maintain deployment pipelines, ensuring seamless delivery to production environments.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and testing.

We are looking for a Middle/Strong Middle Node.js developer for a British enterprise project. Our task is to create a new functional module from scratch for Vendor Marketing Activity Management and a complementary Retailer Review and Feedback Process.

Must have skills:
— 4+ years of commercial experience with Node.js is a must
— Experience and understanding of core concepts of Javascript
— ​​2+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript
— Excellent knowledge of the development of scalable and highly available RESTful APIs using Node.js
— Understanding of Single Sign-on and token-based authentication REST, JWT, oAuth
—  Experience with PostgreSQL HA server
— The ability to use version control systems, in particular — Git
— ​​Familiarity with modern and upcoming standards
— Intermediate+ English level at least
— Ability to work self-managing and autonomously

It will be a plus:
— Practical experience with complex mongoose aggregations
— Basic knowledge of three-layer architecture (transport layer, business logic layer, data layer)
— Experience with Heroku
— Basic knowledge of patterns (GoF band, SOLID, GRASP)
— Experience with unit and Integration testing with Mocha, Chai, Jest
— Experience in a frontend development using React

What is the purpose of this position?
In this role, you will be responsible for the whole content creation process and control of its quality. Skills in SEO optimization will be useful as well. We are open to new ideas. 

Qualification you`ll need to bring:
— Experience in Content Creation (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for promotion in Ukraine and the international market;
— Strong understanding of social media algorithms;
— Working experience with graphic editors (like Canva, Figma, etc.);
— Excellent copywriting skills for creating effective posts and texts for blogs;
— Excellent written and spoken English skills (Upper-Intermediate level);
— A desire to keep up-to-date with all the latest trends and news;
— Good communication skills.

It will be a plus:
— Some experience with YouTube content creation and promotion;
— Awareness of AI tools for content creation;
— Skills in SEO optimization;
— Engagement in company life.

In this role, you will be in charge of
— Managing and growing the social media presence of the company across multiple platforms, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to name but a few;
— Creating engaging and effective textual and visual content for social media platforms;
— Setting up advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram;
— Shooting and editing creative and trending video content for YouTube and Instagram (mostly using AI tools);
— Cooperation with CEO, HR Manager, and UI/UX Designer as well.
