We are looking for a strong L3-L4 Support Engineer who will act as a technical leader within the support team on a large-scale enterprise project.

This is a hands-on role. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate and resolve complex production issues, while also supporting the team in handling incidents and escalations.

This is not a pure management position. You will stay deeply technical and work directly with production systems, while taking ownership of complex cases and supporting the team in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex production issues at L3-L4 level, performing root cause analysis and ensuring long-term fixes.
• Work with SQL queries, logs, system behavior, APIs, and integrations to troubleshoot both server-side and client-side issues.
• Support and maintain enterprise systems such as Billing, CRM, and Rating, including participation in system implementation, releases, and post-release support
• Act as a go-to person for complex cases and escalations, serving as the first escalation point for critical technical issues.
• Support team members in troubleshooting, help prioritize and unblock critical tasks, and ensure incidents are properly investigated and resolved.
• Distribute workload within the team, monitor progress, and ensure no tickets are stuck and SLA targets are consistently met.
• Participate in organizing shift-based support, including planning and maintaining shift rotations to ensure proper coverage.

• Communicate with customers on complex issues, handle escalations and critical incidents, and ensure timely resolution within SLA.

• 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in iGaming (online casino / betting) is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Confluence
• Basic understanding of CRM systems
• Experience in budget and resource management

About The Role…

Wildix is looking for a Frontend Developer with the expertise in React, TypeScript, and Salesforce CRM integration to join our team.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with product, design, crm, testing and backend teams to build seamless Salesforce integrations, leveraging the latest in front-end main technologies like React Router v6, TanStack Query, MUI, and Cursor AI.

What You Will Do…

• Develop and maintain features for our communication platform, x-bees, using React and Typescript
• Integrate Salesforce CRM to enable real-time data flow and collaboration between platforms
• Utilise React Router v6, TanStack Query, and MUI to deliver modern and user-friendly interfaces
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Optimise application performance and scalability, using both your expertise and AI-enhanced tools
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and best practices

What You Will Bring…

• 4+ years of experience with React and TypeScript, supported by a portfolio or past projects
• Hands-on knowledge of React Router v6, TanStack Query, MUI, and HTTP/1.1
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always-on, environment
• Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, including Apex, Flow, Lightning Components, and integrations with external systems. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions within our Salesforce environment, following best practices and ensuring high performance.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with admins, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Conduct technical analysis to define scalable, feasible solutions that align with business objectives.
• Build and maintain high-performing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and Triggers.
• Ensure smooth deployments using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DevOps best practices.
• Identify, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance performance.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve the system.

What You Will Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
• Good knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Flow, and Triggers;
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud, or Service Cloud or Marketing/Pardot.
• Expertise in Salesforce administration, data management and security configurations.
• Background with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing competing priorities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Experience working with CPQ, billing processes, or subscription-based business models.
