About the role: We are currently scaling our UA direction and looking for an experienced Senior UA Manager ready to take full ownership of Google Ads and Bing Ads, with the opportunity to grow into a Lead role and build their own team over time.

This is not a support-focused position. You will independently shape the strategy, manage a $1M+ monthly budget, and test new acquisition channels across Tier-1 markets — without micromanagement or excessive approval layers.

Within 6–12 months, depending on performance and business needs, this role is expected to evolve into a Lead UA position with team management and full P&L ownership.

In this role, you will

• Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and define next steps
• Launch and scale A/B tests to improve key performance metrics
• Identify growth opportunities and scale successful campaigns
• Develop and execute traffic acquisition and scaling strategies
• Test new acquisition channels (Snapchat, AppLovin, Taboola, etc.) and scale those that demonstrate strong performance
• Participate in the creation and testing of creatives, messaging, and landing pages
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, Funnel, and Analytics teams

It’s all about you

• 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, including PMax, Demand Gen, Search, Display, and YouTube — from strategy development to campaign optimization
• Experience managing Bing Ads as a standalone acquisition channel, including Search, PMax, and Audience Network
• Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads, including campaign launch and performance analysis
• Readiness to test new acquisition channels (Snapchat, AppLovin, Taboola, etc.) and scale the ones that deliver results
• Experience managing budgets starting from $300K+ per month
• Strong data-driven mindset with practical knowledge of GA4, GTM, attribution models, and cohort analysis
• Ability to independently build reports, interpret data, and make day-to-day decisions without relying heavily on analytics teams
• Practical experience with or willingness to actively use AI tools for analysis and automation of routine tasks
• Understanding of Tier-1 markets (US, CA, UK), including audience behavior, seasonality, and competitive landscape
• Ability to conduct competitor research using tools such as SimilarWeb, Semrush, Serpstat, Meta Ad Library, Google Ads Transparency Center, etc.
• Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+) with the ability to work with reports and communicate effectively within an international team

• Experience working with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads
• Experience using Tableau or similar BI tools
• Experience working with web-based products with a transactional monetization model

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. This is primarily an infrastructure-focused engineering role with a strong specialization in security. You will build, harden, and operate the technical foundation that keeps our environment secure across endpoints, servers, network, and cloud.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain hardening and configuration baselines for endpoints and servers (encryption, security policies, benchmarks).
• Deploy and manage endpoint and server protection across the fleet, including security policy enforcement and compliance configuration.
• Administer network security controls (firewalls, VPN, network segmentation, access controls) and monitor traffic for suspicious activity.
• Review infrastructure projects and architecture from a security perspective to ensure secure-by-default configurations.
• Run regular vulnerability scans across endpoints, servers, and cloud, with risk-based prioritization and remediation tracking.
• Enforce identity and access best practices and run periodic access reviews.
• Monitor and analyze security events and logs to detect anomalies and potential threats.
• Detect, investigate, contain, and remediate security incidents, including documenting timelines, root causes, and lessons learned.
• Monitor cloud and SaaS security posture, remediate misconfigurations, and review third-party integrations and access scopes.

What we need:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity engineering with a clear security specialization.
• Hands-on experience administering and hardening Linux, Windows, and macOS systems.
• Experience with endpoint protection and device management platforms.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and practical experience with firewalls and network security controls.
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management/SSO platforms with a security-first approach.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools and security monitoring and incident-response workflows.
• Understanding of common attack types and detection/prevention methods.
• Practical familiarity with recognized security frameworks and standards.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and prioritize pragmatically.
• Clear communicator able to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
• English proficiency (documentation, vendors, and external partners).
