About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing IT outsourcing company. This role is critical in driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients and maintaining long-term relationships. You will lead the full sales cycle - from the first contact through the discovery phase, proposal, and negotiation - to the closing of the deal. 

Post-sale, you will assume the role of Account Manager, ensuring the delivery of our commitments and leading internal delivery teams (Project Managers, Development Teams) to success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end client engagement and communication throughout the entire sales cycle

Requirements

- Proven experience in selling IT outsourcing projects, including discovery and pre-sale consulting phases

- Strong understanding of the IT services market, delivery models, and client expectations

- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with both technical and business stakeholders

- Experience in account management, ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale

- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Public speaking experience and a confident presence at industry events

- Minimum Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is a plus

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer 

What you need to do:

- Manual testing of web and mobile applications

- Writing and supporting test cases, checklists

- Creating bugs in Jira or similar systems

- Checking UI, logic, cross-browser compatibility

- Close interaction with developers and product

- Regression and exploratory testing

- Reading documentation and communicating in chats in English

Requirements:

- 0.5-1  year of experience in manual testing

- Knowledge of test documentation and QA processes

- Experience with bug tracking systems (Jira, Trello, etc.)

- English level: B1+ (reading and writing technical documentation , chatting, communication with employees and clients)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced VIP Account Manager to join our team and help strengthen our relationships with key players in the iGaming space. Your main mission will be to ensure client satisfaction, retain valuable players, and drive engagement.
 

What you’ll be doing:
 

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Re-engage and retain former VIP players, boosting their activity and involvement.
• Identify potential VIP clients in online casinos and convert them into loyal customers.
• Ensure positive client feedback regarding our services and player care.
• Become proficient in using our back office (admin panel), bonus systems, and providing quality feedback to customers.
• Manage player communication, including addressing concerns, handling negativity, and creating personalized offers to sustain player interest.
• Monitor financial performance within the player base and work on strategies to increase overall profitability.
   

What you'll need to succeed:
 

• Hands-on experience in online gambling at least one year is a must (ideally focused on Western markets).
• Strong English skills (B2+ level) and tech-savvy.
• Empathy, communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
• High adaptability, with flexibility to work early or late hours (not night shifts).

• Negotiation skills and an understanding of different client types.

About The Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our Salesforce environment

In this role, you will have a significant impact on ensuring the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for both testing, bug fixing and administrating Salesforce to maintain its optimal functionality and support our business processes. 

The ideal candidate is proactive, technically curious, confident with Salesforce fundamentals, and enjoys making things work better.

What You Will Do…

• Conduct thorough system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to identify and report defects or inconsistencies
• Work closely with stakeholders during user acceptance test by collecting their feedback to make sure new features and settings meet the needs of the business.
• Collaborate with the dev team to address bug-fixing tasks and system improvements.
• Support system monitoring tasks, such as overseeing key integration flows, identifying failed records, applying corrective actions when possible, or escalating issues requiring technical intervention.
• Work within a structured schedule of 10:00–19:00 UA time
   

What You Will Bring…

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals (admin-level knowledge of configuration, users, profiles, flows and basic automations, validation rules, page layouts, Data Loader, permission sets, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and provide first-line investigation and resolution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive mindset and ownership in managing tasks and recurring checks (e.g., monitoring reports, managing bug reports).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize incoming requests and tasks.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
   

Bonus Points If You…

• Hold Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and have hands-on experience in Salesforce administration
• Have experience doing user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Have the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Hold experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Service Cloud
