We are looking for a senior sales leader with proven experience in building and scaling high-performing sales teams from the ground up. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of establishing and developing the sales function, structuring the team, implementing processes, and driving operational excellence.
 

Requirements
 

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3+ years leading sales teams (crypto OTC, payments, fintech infrastructure, or institutional financial services).
• Strong existing client network and active book of contacts within relevant industries.
• Proven experience building and scaling sales functions from scratch, including team setup, CRM implementation, sales playbooks, and pipeline development in early-stage or scaling environments.
• Demonstrated success improving conversion rates and reducing sales cycle duration in previous roles.
• Hands-on experience with CRM selection, implementation, and rollout (HubSpot, MondayCRM, or equivalent)
• Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions (regulatory familiarity with EU + UK and US will be a good bonus).
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales team, including structuring the org chart, defining responsibilities per segment, and setting quotas and KPIs for each role.
• Design and continuously optimize the end-to-end sales process, including qualification, follow-ups, demos, negotiations, and closing.
• Lead CRM implementation: select vendor, sign contract, configure pipeline, import existing leads and deals, and ensure full team adoption through training.
• Define and manage the sales pipeline, including stages, exit criteria, forecasting processes, weekly pipeline reviews, and executive-level dashboards covering conversion, sales cycle, and pipeline health.
• Develop and maintain segmented sales playbooks.
• Own pricing strategy, discount frameworks, and outreach materials, including segment-specific offers and collaboration with management on commercial initiatives.

We are looking for a forward-thinking, driven, and hands-on Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to design, implement, and scale our global information security strategy. As we expand, you will be responsible for building security processes from scratch, ensuring unimpeachable information security compliance across the regulated markets, and leading a distributed remote team.

This is a leadership role that is focused entirely on the global information security posture of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

InfoSecurity Strategy & Governance:

• Define, drive, and execute the global information security roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Assess and define CEX.IO’s current and future requirements in terms of information security.
• Identify capability gaps in the context of regulatory considerations and industry benchmarks
   

Process Management:

• Build, implement, and optimize robust security processes, frameworks, and policies across the entire organization from the ground up.
• Ensure all target teams are provided with the training and resources needed to perform their jobs to the highest degree possible

Compliance, Certifications & Audits:

• Oversee the successful acquisition and maintenance of industry-specific licenses and certifications (e.g., SOC 2, PCI-DSS, DORA, MiCA/crypto regulations). Manage regular internal/external security audits and executive reporting. 
  To achieve this, you will closely collaborate with:
• External auditors and regulators, acting as the primary technical point of contact and subject matter expert during corporate certification processes and regulatory reviews.
• Legal and data protection team to ensure information security policies strictly map to European GDPR compliance, data privacy laws, and corporate governance standards.
• Managing Directors and Officers within the UK, US, and ES locations to bridge global information security frameworks with local regulatory mandates and licensing requirements.
• Engineering and Product teams to embed security directly into the software development lifecycle and product roadmap. You will collaborate on secure coding practices, vulnerability management, and ensuring that product architectures (especially crypto/wallet features) are secure by design before release.

Team Leadership: 

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing, fully remote security team.
• Foster a culture of accountability and proactiveness.
• Lead all managerial functions in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures (hiring, training, setting goals, appraising performance, budgeting)

Risk & Incident Management:

• Act as the ultimate point of escalation for global security incidents, ensuring proactive threat hunting and rapid mitigation.
• Manage the oversight of technical risk assessments, such as vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, risk reviews for new applications, and third-party risk assessments

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Experience: Proven track record in a senior security leadership role (CISO, Director of Security, or Head of Information Security) within the Financial Services or FinTech sector.
• Direct experience steering organizations through complex information security audits, certifications, licensing, and international regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in creating, implementing, and managing group-level security processes and frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage remote, distributed teams. Strong sense of ownership, proactiveness, and high responsibility.
• Language: Fluent English with excellent communication and reporting skills; Ukrainian or Russian will be an advantage.
• Location: Must be physically located and legally authorized to work remotely within Europe.
   

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)

• Hands-on experience in the Cryptocurrency, Web3, or Blockchain industry,understanding specific security vectors (custody, cold/hot wallet security).

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support the growth of Carabaas and help build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Carabaas helps businesses operate blockchain infrastructure without building everything internally: blockchain connectivity, transaction processing, wallet operations, approval workflows, auditability, reconciliation, and operational controls.

This role is focused on early-stage growth: finding relevant companies, starting conversations, creating interest, qualifying leads.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers across crypto, FinTech, payments, wallets, exchanges, brokers, PSPs, custody, stablecoin, and Web3 infrastructure markets.
• Search for prospects on LinkedIn, Reddit, X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, industry directories, job posts, company websites, and other relevant platforms.
• Start conversations with potential customers through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Qualify leads based on company type, use case, infrastructure needs, timing, and potential fit.
• Maintain a structured lead pipeline and update lead status regularly.
• Prepare short outreach messages, follow-ups, and basic product explanations.
• Collect market feedback, customer objections, competitor mentions, and common customer needs.
• Work closely with Product and Account Management teams to hand over qualified leads.
• Support early funnel activities before customer onboarding starts.
• Prepare and publish relevant product, market, and infrastructure-focused LinkedIn content.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, growth, or SDR.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn outreach and B2B prospecting.
• Ability to research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Comfortable communicating with founders, product managers, CTOs, operations, payments, wallet, and infrastructure teams.
• Interest in crypto, FinTech, payments, blockchain infrastructure, wallets, exchanges, or digital assets.
• Structured approach to pipeline management and reporting.
• Ability to write simple, clear, non-spammy outreach messages.
• Self-driven and comfortable working with a new product in an early go-to-market stage.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in everyday work
