    The Role
     

    This is not a passive inbound-closing position. As Sales Manager, you own the pipeline from start to finish. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound prospecting, managing discovery calls, understanding client needs, and closing deals with confidence. You will work with both qualified inbound leads and high-potential outbound prospects that you source yourself. Your mission is simple: build a pipeline, control the sales process, and close revenue.

    Your mission is to build an efficient, scalable, and transparent analytics system that supports data-driven decision-making and to foster a strong data-driven culture across the company.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct a full audit of internal analytics processes, including team structure, data architecture, reporting, tools, and communication flows;
    • Redesign and optimize reporting systems in line with business needs and key stakeholders’ expectations;
    • Develop and implement unified analytics standards, methodologies, and KPI frameworks;
    • Work closely with databases and data architecture: understand data structures and logic, and participate in the design and optimization of data storage and pipelines;
    • Actively use and develop BI tools (dashboards, automated reporting, self-service analytics);
    • Lead the analytics team: task prioritization, competency development, mentoring, and participation in hiring and team scaling;
    • Coordinate collaboration within the analytics team and with development, product, marketing, finance, and management teams;
    • Build a culture of hypothesis generation, experimentation, and analytical thinking to improve products and business outcomes;
    • Ensure data quality, consistency, and trust in analytics across the company.

     

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Head / Lead of Analytics or in a similar leadership role within a product company (experience in the gaming industry is a plus);
    • Demonstrated success in building or transforming an analytics system, either from scratch or during a scaling phase;
    • Strong technical background, including:
      • solid understanding of database principles and SQL;
      • experience in rebuilding or optimizing reporting systems;
      • hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar);
    • Deep understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and business performance indicators;
    • Experience in managing teams and building efficient analytics processes;
    • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and translate business questions into data-driven insights;
    • English proficiency at B1 level or higher, sufficient for working with documentation, tools, and professional communication.
