Your role includes managing daily account activities, resolving inquiries, and coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure exceptional service. You’ll help optimize account performance and contribute to long‑term customer success. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and develop relationships with clients; 
• Handle incoming client requests and provide timely support; 
• Assist in processing orders, quotes, invoices, and related documentation; 
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support); 
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues; 
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems; 
• Prepare reports on client activity and performance. 

Skills Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer success; 
• Understanding of B2B sales processes;
