This is architecture-first work where structure and data modeling are the difference between scaling and rewriting.

This team is working with an AI chip company that develops specialized software-centric Machine Learning Systems-on-Chip (MLSoC) to enable high-performance, power-efficient "Physical AI" at the edge. Their technology is designed for robotics, autonomous vehicles, and smart cameras, allowing them to process complex computer vision and multimodal AI tasks locally with very low power consumption.

Job Description
The ideal candidate is an ML engineer with a strong background in autonomous systems and mobile robotics. The role requires someone who has spent meaningful time training ML models for complex autonomous platforms—focusing on perception, navigation, and control in GPS-denied, high-speed, and visually complex environments.

The candidate must have hands-on production experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim and the Omniverse ecosystem, including building photorealistic simulation environments, running Omniverse Replicator synthetic data pipelines for perception, and closing the sim-to-real gap on real robotic hardware. Experience with reinforcement learning or imitation learning for navigation policies is required—specifically training agile navigation policies in simulation and validating them on hardware. A background from an autonomous robotics company, a research group, or an embodied AI team is a must.

On the ML side, the candidate will own the full perception model pipeline: training and fine-tuning visual-inertial odometry components, stereo depth estimation, and defect detection models on synthetic sensor data generated in Isaac Sim; quantizing those models to INT8/BF16 for deployment on the customer MLA; and profiling MLA utilization across navigation, inspection, and complex tracking use cases. The candidate will be the first to apply the custom Palette toolchain to a robotics AI stack—a genuinely novel workload requiring comfort navigating a custom MLA compiler with limited prior art. Strong PyTorch proficiency, familiarity with autonomous control stack integration, and a demonstrated track record of deploying perception models on real-world hardware are essential.

We are looking for a capable BIM Modeler to support large-scale residential developments across the MENA region. The role blends two streams of work: production design documentation — translating design intent into accurate, well-coordinated Revit models and drawing sets — and building-model work, converting as-built documentation into clean, structured models that feed the operational systems our teams and residents rely on.

This is a hands-on role with a modern edge: beyond modeling, you'll help develop AI-assisted workflows so modeling and documentation work scales without scaling headcount. We value people who have pushed AI tools on real CAD/BIM problems — hit walls, iterated, and figured out what works.

You will work from the Lviv office in real-time collaboration with design, engineering, and delivery teams in Saudi Arabia and the US. Lviv is one hour behind KSA, so full working-hours overlap with the MENA team is expected daily.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Produce and maintain accurate, coordinated BIM models and drawing sets (plans, sections, details, schedules) for residential projects in the MENA region
• Convert incoming documentation — PDF, DWG, scans, partial models — into clean, structured Revit models with reliable IFC export, maintaining stable element identifiers and consistent attribution across export cycles
• Keep building models in sync with physical reality as properties are onboarded, renovated, and reconfigured — coordinating with design and onboarding teams to capture changes on the ground
• Integrate FF&E and material specifications into models and drawing sets, ensuring items are correctly coded and tagged
• Coordinate interior and architectural elements with structural and MEP disciplines to keep designs clash-free
• Maintain families, templates, and modeling standards; keep model data clean, consistently structured, and correctly attributed — including curation of models used in automated and ML pipelines
• Extend the model catalog beyond buildings: furniture, FF&E families, and interior layouts, kept consistent with the company SKU and coding conventions
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable local building codes and internal design standards

Must-have skills are:
1. ML and Data Science (Core):
- Expert in NLP & LLM: Deep understanding of Transformers architecture (BERT, RoBERTa, GPT, T5, Llama/Mistral). Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) – not prompt engineering, but fine-tuning (PEFT, LoRA) of open-source models on specific datasets.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Data Science / Analytics Engineering Consultant to audit, redesign, and rebuild our core chargeback estimation and revenue estimation models.

This is a critical, end-to-end project. You will turn existing prototypes into production-grade pipelines within our modern data stack (dbt on Databricks & Python). Additionally, you will design and build a lightweight, business-facing scenario tool that enables finance and operations stakeholders to run “what-if” revenue simulations.

Our Technical Philosophy: Parsimony Over Black Boxes

We explicitly favor simple, highly interpretable, parametric approaches. If your first instinct for a forecasting problem is to throw an XGBoost ensemble, a deep learning model, or an LLM at it, this is not the project for you.

We build models where every parameter carries an explicit business meaning that can be explained to non-technical stakeholders in plain language (e.g., “If price increases by 10%, conversion drops by X% because our calculated price elasticity is −1.3”).
 

Scope of Work & Deliverables

• Phase 1: Discovery & Audit (Weeks 1–2): Review current estimation models (assumptions, dbt lineage, validation methods). Reconcile historical model outputs against actual accounting figures for the last 12–24 months to quantify bias and error. Deliver a written findings report.
• Phase 2: Redesign (Weeks 3–4): Propose the target parametric methodology for each model (granularity, refresh cadence, uncertainty quantification) and secure stakeholder sign-off.
• Phase 3: Rebuild (Weeks 5–9): Productionize the new models in dbt, Databricks, and Python. Use curve-based formulations with fitted historical parameters and clear confidence intervals. Implement strict unit/dbt testing and MLflow tracking.
• Phase 4: Scenario Tool (Weeks 9–10): Build a lightweight business interface (e.g., Streamlit on Databricks or a parameterized Databricks SQL dashboard). Users must be able to input hypotheses (price ±X%, volume ±Y%, mix shifts) and instantly view projected net impact with uncertainty bands.
• Phase 5: Handover (Weeks 11–12): Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, deliver runbooks/model cards, and provide a 2-week post-handover bug-fix support window.
   

Your Profile

• Experience: 5–8+ years in Data Science, Quant Analytics, or Senior Analytics Engineering.
• Production Ownership: Proven track record of owning financial-estimation or forecasting models in production end-to-end.
• The “Parsimony” Mindset: Demonstrable expertise in parametric/curve-based modeling (price elasticity, cohort survival curves, demand curves, GLMs) over black-box ML.
• Stakeholder Tooling: Experience building clean “what-if” tools or financial planning interfaces for business leadership.
