YOUR ROLE

As Brand Manager, you own the strategy, positioning, and creative direction across both of our brands : PILLAR Germany and Betsa, two complementary companies in the solar and construction space, united under one roof. Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, who owns the performance side, you shape how each brand looks, sounds, and is perceived and make sure both stay distinct, consistent, and true to their audiences.

Requirements:
• Proven track record in technical and strategic SEO, not just content or link-building, ideally in a marketplace, lead-generation, SaaS, or real estate business.
• Hands-on experience with keyword research and competitive gap analysis tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO fundamentals including schema/structured data, meta tags, canonicalization, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the unit economics of every bet by tying each brief to LTV, CAC payback, margin per lead, or revenue per active user. If you cannot put a number on the upside, it is not a brief yet.

Model value before anything is built, using rough sizing of expected impact so engineering time goes to things that move money, not things that only feel nice.

Write one-page briefs built around problem, evidence, and expected impact, then hand them off and trust the execution.

Ship experiments weekly, kill failures fast, and scale winners.

Pull your own data directly; there should be no analyst between you and the truth.

Track competitor changes closely and know what they shipped before users tell you.

End of month 3 (the bar): multiple shipped changes with measurable results you can defend, with at least one of them moving a core metric such as activation, churn, LQS, or revenue per user. A live experiment pipeline exists so something is always being tested. Your validated brief backlog is deep enough that the team never waits on you for direction. We trust your "this is worth building" without re-checking it.

Weigh every increment against its cost: engineering effort vs expected value and cost of delay. Cheap and high-value ships first; expensive and speculative waits.

Prioritize with a visible score, not a feeling. Anyone can challenge it; you defend it with numbers.

Own communication outward: founders, sales, support, and the PM always know what's shipping, what's next, and what changed, without anyone interrupting the team to ask.

Keep the team unblocked and own the delivery numbers (cycle time, predictability, carryover, QA flow) as tools to spot problems early. Hygiene, not the mission.

We're looking for a senior full-stack or integration engineer rather than a SAP specialist, for 6 month or longer.

The project is being delivered for a PropTech product company. It's a platform for resident experience management and the operational processes of organizations managing residential property portfolios. The team will be responsible for building and enhancing integrations between the company’s platform and an SAP environment.

 Architecture: SAP+client systems - integrations - property mgmt. platform - web and mobile.

Developers will work across the full technology stack, including backend services written in Go, web interfaces developed in JS/React, and integrations with SAP and other systems.

The integration may involve synchronising data related to properties, buildings and residential units; residents and tenants; lease agreements; payments and financial information; other property management workflows. The scope may include API design, data mapping, event and workflow handling, integration testing, monitoring, and resolving data quality and consistency issues.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design and develop backend services in Go that integrate the product platform with SAP.
-Retrieve and send data through SAP APIs and integration interfaces, potentially including REST, OData and SOAP.
-Map SAP data structures to the platform’s internal domain models.
-Implement reliable one-way or bidirectional data synchronization.
-Develop error-handling, retry, idempotency and reconciliation mechanisms.
