We are looking for a motivated and energetic Recruiter / Lead Generator to join our growing HR team.

As an in-house recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring cable technicians across the US market, supporting a fast-scaling team of 300+ contractors.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage sourcing and pre-screening of candidates for open positions
  • Use multiple sourcing channels (Facebook, job boards, professional platforms)
  • Conduct online interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit
  • Communicate with candidates, coordinate offers, and assist with onboarding
  • Maintain and update candidate data in CRM, prepare reports for the Team Lead
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to close positions efficiently
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

 

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in recruitment or lead generation
  • Experience hiring for the US market
  • English level: B2+
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong sourcing skills (Facebook and other channels)
  • Willingness to make 20+ cold calls per day
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (New York time)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to have

  • Experience in telecom / networking / VoIP / ISP
  • Experience hiring technical roles
