Main Tasks:

• build long-term trust relations and promote the growth of loyalty of the agency's key clients;
• analyse customer needs and work with them;

• coordinate the work of a team of technical specialists;
• control the project execution terms.

Necessary Hard- and Soft-skills:

• experience of successful B2B projects support at least one year;
• knowledge of English (spoken and written) at least Upper-Intermediate;
• knowledge of Ukrainan at native speaker's level / the level of the native speaker;
• mandatory expertise in communication, conducting complex negotiations with clients;
• the ability to quickly find answers to any questions;
• the ability to understand the client's needs, the ability to correctly transform his wishes into tasks;
• notable analytical abilities;
• the ability to accurately and clearly formulate thoughts - orally and on paper;
• multitasking, ability to switch quickly.
• It will be an advantage:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain features across the full stack — from task clarification to production release.
• Build and support backend services using Node.js (Express).
• Work with databases, primarily PostgreSQL, and occasionally MongoDB.
• Develop responsive UI components using React and ensure smooth frontend-backend interaction.
• Integrate with external payment providers and maintain stable, well-documented APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and maintainability.
• Support debugging, issue resolution, and performance improvements in collaboration with senior engineers.

Requirements (Middle Level)

Must-have:

• 2–4 years of commercial development experience (full-stack or backend with React experience as a plus).
• Solid knowledge of Node.js and experience with Express or a similar framework.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs (validation, status codes, authentication, versioning).
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL (queries, basic indexing, simple query optimization).
• Hands-on experience with React (components, hooks, forms, API integration).
• Good understanding of Git and collaborative workflows (PRs, code reviews, branching strategies).
• Ability to independently handle medium-complexity tasks, clarify requirements, and deliver features to production.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with MongoDB.
• Exposure to FinTech, payment integrations, or understanding of PCI-related constraints.
• Basic experience with unit/integration testing.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Working Hours

• Availability to work with US stakeholders - approximately 16:00 - 01:00 Kyiv time.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Go programming language.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable and reliable software solutions.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture + hands-on experience with Event Brokers.
• Experience with observability — implementing logs, metrics, and tracing.
• Proficiency in working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or AWS.
• Proficient in using Git, GitLab, and GitLab CI for source control and continuous integration.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Upper-intermediate level of English, both written and verbal.
   

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the Twelve-Factor App methodology.
• Knowledge of Cloud Events and GitOps practices.
