Your key responsibilities and impact

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of robust tooling and platforms to support scalable Data Science, MLOps, and LLMOps workflows across the organisation.
• Drive strategy and execution for deploying, serving, and monitoring large language models (LLMs) in real-time and batch environments using Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, and related services.
• Guide the use of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices with AWS CDK and CloudFormation to provision and manage secure and maintainable cloud environments.
• Design and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, and other tools, with an emphasis on reliability, reusability, and performance.
• Contribute to the design and integration of monitoring and observability solutions (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure infrastructure and model health.
• Champion software engineering excellence through Test-Driven Development (TDD), rigorous test automation, and continuous quality assurance practices.

Your skills and experience

• Extensive experience in DevOps/MLOps roles with demonstrated impact in building, scaling, and securing ML/AI infrastructure in cloud-native environments.
• Strong experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, S3, EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, ECS/EKS, with a strong command of cloud solution architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code practices using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform in production environments.
• Proven track record designing and operationalised end-to-end MLOps pipelines with tools such as MLflow, SageMaker Pipelines, or equivalent frameworks.
• Extensive experience building and operating containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes, including production-grade orchestration and monitoring.
• Deep experience with CI/CD best practices with hands-on expertise in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitOps workflows.
• Strong knowledge of advanced DevOps concepts, including progressive delivery strategies (blue/green, canary), resilience engineering, and performance optimisation.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance, with the ability to define and implement scalable security frameworks.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional technical initiatives, influence without authority, and deliver results through collaboration and alignment.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing a global network of partners, optimizing traffic quality, and driving revenue growth. The role includes strategic planning, high-level negotiations, team leadership, and close collaboration with the product and marketing teams to ensure our brands dominate their niches.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Development of affiliate direction: strategy for attracting and scaling the partner network, prioritization of GEO/sources/partners.
• Leadership of the Affiliate team: setting goals, planning, monitoring performance, coaching/mentoring, performance management.
• Engaging and negotiating with leading partners in global markets
• Traffic purchasing and budget management: budget allocation across channels, margin control, ROI/CPA/LTV optimization.
• Expert knowledge of models: Fixed fee, CPA, Hybrid, Revenue Share, EPC — selecting a model for a partner/channel, quality and conditions control.
• Deep understanding of affiliate platforms and tracking: configuration, attribution, postbacks, anti-fraud, working with Affilka/ReferOn (and/or analogues).
• Channel and traffic mix management: SEO, PPC, Email/SMS — with a focus on scale and quality.
• Analytics and reporting: building a system of metrics, dashboards, regular reporting for management (plan/actual, ROI, LTV, CAC, FTD, Retention).
• Processes and cross-functional interaction: working with Product, CRM, BI/Analytics, Legal/Compliance, Finance, Media Buying to achieve growth goals.
• Participation in conferences/communities as a company representative: networking, partner hunting, brand presence building.

It’s a match if you have:

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing
• 1–2+ years of leadership experience (Team Lead/Lead/Head of Department): team/contractor management, KPI setting, hiring/onboarding.
• Experience in global markets
• Strong skills in finding, attracting, managing, and developing partners (account management + negotiation).
• In-depth independent analysis of traffic and its quality: focus on critical metrics (FTD, CR, EPC, ROI, LTV, churn, retention, fraud indicators).
• Practical experience in scaling SEO/PPC/Email/Social/Streamers; advantage — strong expertise in SEO + PPC.
• Knowledge and practical use of parsing/research tools for SEO/PPC (at the task/quality control and efficiency level).
• Experience working with affiliate platforms Affilka + ReferOn (or analogues) + understanding of integrations/postbacks/tracking.
• Important: participation in specialized conferences and availability of a network/contacts in the niche.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English (negotiations, contracts, meetings).
