Casino Manager

Must-have experience

• 3+ years in iGaming on the operator, game provider or platform side
• Hands-on experience working directly with game providers: deals, promotions, tournaments or integrations
• Clear understanding of how operators, providers and platforms interact and who owns what in the process
• Solid knowledge of casino economics: RTP, GGR, turnover, bet volume, and how they connect
• Ability to read casino analytics, spot anomalies and benchmark game performance
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Highly organised, able to run multiple workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders at once
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Would be a plus

• Experience launching casino promotions or tournaments
• Interest in product: content placement, game categorisation, lobby improvements

Your responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~30 game providers and act as their main point of contact
• Run monthly negotiations with providers on game placements, commercial terms and promo support
• Evaluate incoming provider offers and decide what fits our business
• Coordinate launches of provider-led tournaments and promotions together with the platform
• Brief designers on promo materials and supply assets to SMM and affiliate teams
• Monitor performance of games, tournaments and promotions and suggest optimisations
• Identify and onboard new providers to strengthen the game portfolio
• Propose ideas for content placement and casino product improvements
• Work closely with Product, Platform, Casino PM and CRM teams
• Represent the company at industry conferences and provider meetings
