BDD Quality Lead / Quality Architecture Lead

Primary Responsibilities 

-Define and implement a testing strategy aligned with the client's quality and BDD principles. 

-Coach delivery teams, Business Owners, and Product Owners on BDD practices. 

-Drive adoption of Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD), including supporting methodologies and tooling. 

-Improve acceptance criteria quality and overall story readiness. 

-Align business requirements, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and tests. 

-Define an evidence model to support Earn/Burn reporting and delivery measurement.
