Strong Middle AI Engineer

We are looking for a Strong Middle AI Engineer to lead the delivery of AI-powered products for international clients. You'll work on complex AI systems with a strong focus on Voice AI, collaborating directly with clients and taking ownership of features from design to production.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver production-ready AI solutions for international clients from concept to deployment.
- Design and build AI-powered applications with a strong focus on Voice AI and intelligent automation.
- Integrate LLMs, third-party APIs, and business systems into scalable software solutions.
- Own technical implementation, make architectural decisions, and ensure high code quality.
- Collaborate directly with clients to clarify requirements, discuss technical solutions, and deliver business value.
Continuously explore new AI technologies and apply them to real-world customer challenges.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of commercial experience in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with developing AI-powered applications.
- Strong software design and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently own features and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with international clients.
- English – Advanced (C1).
Will be a plus:
- Experience with React and Node.js.
