Embedded Software Engineer – BSP

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join the BSP team and work on the development and maintenance of low-level firmware and Board Support Packages for advanced hardware platforms.
In this role, you will work closely with hardware, validation, and VLSI teams to enable seamless hardware-software integration and contribute to the development of next-generation products.
Your task:
- Design, develop, and maintain BSP and low-level firmware based on Zephyr RTOS
- Develop and integrate device drivers, board configurations, and platform services
- Implement management interfaces and protocols such as MCTP, IPMI, PLDM, NC-SI, and Redfish
- Support platform monitoring, control, and system management features
- Participate in board bring-up activities and chip/platform integration
- Develop Python and Bash tools for platform management, testing, and automation
- Collaborate with hardware, validation, and VLSI teams to ensure reliable system integration
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in embedded software or firmware development in a Linux environment
- Strong programming skills in C
- Experience with Python and Bash scripting
- Understanding of networking concepts and communication protocols
- Knowledge of hardware/software interfaces such as I2C, SPI, GPIO, UART
- Experience working close to hardware and SoC/board-level development
