We are seeking a Head of Accounting to lead the global accounting function across multiple jurisdictions, including the USA, EU, and UK.

This is a mid-senior role responsible for ensuring the highest standards of financial reporting, control, and compliance within a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.

• Global Accounting Leadership: Oversee all accounting operations across group entities in the USA, EU, Gibraltar, and other active jurisdictions.

  Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing multi-entity structures across the USA and the EU. Gibraltar experience is beneficial.

• Demonstrated experience building solutions from scratch, preferably for large-scale distributed systems (team size 30+, duration 12+ months).
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, with hands-on experience in at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong background in microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and distributed system design.
• Track record of coaching, mentoring, and team enablement within a matrixed or consulting environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills—equally comfortable with engineers and executives.
• Fluent in modern delivery practices: Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.
