    We are now looking for a Middle Meta Ads Buyer (Targetologist) who will manage and scale advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong analytical mindset who wants to influence performance outcomes and work with meaningful budgets.
     

    Responsibilities:

    • Launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
    • Work with monthly budgets of $10,000–15,000 and ensure efficient spend.

    Requirements: 

    • Knowledge of English – Upper Intermediate + ;
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field will be a plus; 
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment;
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; 
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
    • Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello); 
    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail;
    • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands; 
    • Good negotiation skills, knowledge of business etiquette; 
    • Strong team orientation and the ability to build cohesiveness to achieve results. 
       

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects in parallel;
    • Work alongside senior project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget;
    • Develop project documentation including project plans, timelines, and status reports;
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, track progress, and communicate project updates;
    • Assist in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies;
    • Support the team in maintaining and improving project management processes;
    • Participate in team meetings, providing input on project status and suggesting improvements;
    • Gain knowledge of various project management tools and methodologies.
