    About the project:
    The project is dedicated to the Sales Tax area: building a SaaS solution that helps clients track and forecast their performance.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain a cloud-based infrastructure solution in Azure
    • Deploy infrastructure as code
    • Building fully automated CIСD pipelines for SaaS applications on the MS Azure platform
    • Monitoring, reporting, graphing, and alerting across all infrastructure services
    • Build and deploy Docker containers in an orchestrated environment
    • Detect and monitor security issues
    • Monitor and measure systems for performance, load & capacity planning
    • Ensure that Day to Day support and maintenance of these systems is managed within best practice guidelines, which include dealing with escalations as well as communications and stakeholder management

     

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of DevOps experience
    • Commercial work experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps
    • Decent experience in Linux/Windows Server administration

    What We're Looking For

    We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Helpdesk Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance. You will be responsible for troubleshooting a variety of IT issues, ensuring smooth operation of our systems, and providing excellent customer service to our employees.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide timely and effective technical support to employees via email and our ticketing system.
    • Troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace, Okta, MacOS, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
    • Resolve technical problems with various web services, including Slack, Confluence or Jira.
    • Prepare and configure new employee workstations, including hardware setup, software installation, preparing shipments and managing assets for the local office.
    • Maintain detailed records of user requests and resolutions in the ticketing system (Jira Service Management - a plus).
    • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, such as user manuals and system configurations.
    • Deliver user training and guidance on Google Workspace and MacOS applications.
    • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement system improvements and upgrades.

       

    Required skills:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
