We look for somebody who can ideally manage Full-stack. At minimum a Flutter dev who isn't scared of the backend.

- 3+ years of production Flutter experience. If you came from native iOS/Android, 5+ years total mobile with a serious Flutter chapter works too.

- Flutter — solid with Riverpod + Hooks for state management, AutoRoute for navigation, and comfortable building widget animations that don't feel laggy on a three-year-old Android. Performance matters — most of our users aren't on flagship phones.

Our focus is on scaling AI features, optimizing automation, and improving product architecture.

We are looking for a Project Manager to support AI feature development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a high-growth AI startup environment.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in Project Manager / Product Owner for SaaS or AI-driven products. Delegation, follow up tasks.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation (API specs, system workflows, data models).
• Experience with Figma (UI/UX wireframing, flow mapping).
• Intermediate+ English level for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities: 

• Analyze and define technical system requirements for AI-driven web & mobile applications.
• Work closely with developers, AI/ML teams, and product managers to ensure clarity and feasibility of requirements.
• Create detailed technical specifications (API structure, database models, system logic).
• Document system architecture and contribute to scalable AI feature development.
• Manage backlog, sprint planning, and product roadmap in collaboration with the PM.
• Conduct risk assessment and ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Set up Jira workflows, dashboards, and reports to track development progress.
• Assist in UI/UX prototyping and user flow diagrams for developers.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our international support team. The ideal candidate will provide timely and effective customer service via live chat and email. You’ll onboard and support users, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with our product and engineering teams to ensure the best customer experience.
 

Requirements

— Advanced proficiency in English (Written).
— Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support.
— Basic knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce, etc.).
— Previous experience in a SaaS business environment is highly desirable.
— Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple issues/projects, and exceptional communication skills.
— Working hours: 2 PM – 10 PM (UA time) from Monday to Friday.
— Performing on weekends by internal agreement.

Responsibilities

— Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
— Resolve technical issues and escalate bugs or complex problems to relevant teams.
— Successfully onboard new users, conduct troubleshooting/onboarding calls with clients (occasional outbound calls) and ensure they are getting the most out of our platform.
— Advocating for the customer by taking their feedback and sharing it with other departments, to improve processes and product offerings.
— Maintain high standards of customer service by providing outstanding assistance.

Would be a plus

— Additional language would be nice (French/German)
— Previous experience with LinkedIn automation tools would be perfect
