What You'll Do

This is a founding sales role. You will build Globy's monetization motion from the ground up, sell it yourself first, then build and coach a small team to scale it.
 

Your mission: turn our user base and inbound demand into predictable paying revenue, and build and lead the team that scales it.
 

In your first months you will:

• Build a sales process that sells our packages and converts free users to paying
• Close the first wave of paying customers yourself through outbound to shippers and inbound from the platform
• Set up the CRM, pipeline and weekly reporting so the number is always visible

Once the motion works, you will hire and coach 1–3 reps and hold the team to the numbers in the scorecard above.
 

What success looks like (your scorecard):

• 10–15 packages closed in your first months, scaling to 30–50 by end of year
• Free-to-paid conversion from current % to target % 
• 1-3 reps hired and ramped to quota
• A documented playbook the team runs without you babysitting it
   

Compensation: solid base plus 10% commission on all sales you and your team generate, uncapped. The more the platform earns, the more you earn. 
 

Time commitment: full-time, 40 hours per week.
 

This Will Be For You If…

• You have 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS and/or logistics/freight and/or import/export
• You have built or been the first sales hire on a motion that did not exist yet
• You have a clear track record of closing and beating quota, with numbers you can show
• Converting free or freemium users to paid is something you have done before (a strong plus)
• You build process, not just run someone else's
• You are fluent in English and work within European timezone overlap
• Logistics or freight domain knowledge is a strong bonus

About the role

We are looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to build and maintain consumer mobile app features for a global QSR brand, spanning ordering, menu, cart, checkout, payments, and loyalty across iOS and Android. You will write clean TypeScript, integrate backend ordering and authentication APIs, maintain automated tests including end-to-end flows on real devices via BrowserStack, and contribute to the ongoing migration to React Native New Architecture. The role follows collaborative Agile practices with peer code review on every pull request.

What you will do

• Build and maintain app features across the full stack of the mobile experience — ordering, menu, cart, checkout, payments, loyalty, and store locator;
• Write clean, well-tested TypeScript following established coding standards, with automated checks (linting, formatting, architectural boundary rules) running on every commit;
• Connect the app to backend services and third-party tools: ordering API, authentication, payment processors, fraud detection, feature flags, and analytics;
• Work with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to turn requirements into working software — joining sprint planning and reviews, implementing against Figma designs, aligning on API contracts;
• Review code from teammates and incorporate review feedback on pull requests; all PRs go through CI checks and peer review before merging;
• Debug and fix issues on both iOS and Android using crash reporting tools, native logs, and device/simulator builds;
• Write and maintain tests — unit, component, performance, and end-to-end flows tested on real devices via BrowserStack;
• Help keep build and release pipelines healthy: automated builds, beta testing distributions, and production releases to the App Store and Google Play;
• Document work — code comments, architecture decision records, and notes in the project management system;
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives;
• Stay current with the React Native ecosystem and contribute to team-wide improvements, including the ongoing migration to the React Native New Architecture.

Must haves

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience;
• Strong commercial experience building cross-platform mobile apps with React Native and TypeScript;
• Solid understanding of React Native architecture: state management (Redux), navigation, performance optimization, and local storage;
• Experience calling REST APIs and working with token-based authentication flows;
• Familiarity with the native side of React Native — iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) builds, native modules — or genuine enthusiasm to learn;
• Practical experience with mobile testing: unit tests, component tests, and end-to-end flows;
• Experience shipping apps to the App Store and/or Google Play;
