Project Manager (Web Development)

Hallwil is an Estonian company founded in 2020.

We are a design and web development company that delivers digital products for clients across the USA, Canada, and Western Europe. Our team specializes in Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, and custom web applications.

We are looking for a Middle Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, communicating with international clients, and leading projects from kickoff to successful delivery.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage 5–8 web development projects simultaneously;

Coordinate developers, designers, and QA engineers;

Communicate with international clients on a daily basis;

Plan project timelines, budgets, and priorities;

Organize Daily, Weekly, Sprint Planning, and Retrospective meetings;

Identify and mitigate project risks before they become problems;

Ensure project quality, deadlines, and client satisfaction;

Maintain project documentation and task management;

Support the sales team during project estimation and pre-sales activities.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a web development company;

Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher — this is mandatory;

Experience managing Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, or custom web development projects;

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

Ability to manage several projects simultaneously;

Experience working with distributed remote teams;

Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills;

Ability to make decisions independently and take responsibility for project outcomes;

Experience with project budgeting and risk management;

Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar project management tools.

WILL BE A PLUS

Technical background or understanding of modern web technologies;

Experience with UI/UX processes and Figma;

Experience working in an outsourcing or agency environment;

Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
