We are seeking a Finance Operations & Analytics Manager who will own finance workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and promote data-driven decision-making. This role blends analytical thinking with practical process improvement and close collaboration on automation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial operations, including transactions via crypto, mobile payments, and bank transfers
• Work with FOP (sole proprietors) and B2B partners, ensuring accurate settlements and documentation
• Maintain and optimize financial records using Google Sheets and internal tools
• Apply basic algorithms and logic to track, reconcile, and analyze financial flows
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including performance analysis and key metrics
• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
• Collaborate with partners and payment providers to ensure smooth transaction processing
• Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Improve and automate financial processes where possible

Requirements:

• Experience in finance, operations, or business analytics
• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting methods
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data and metrics
• Experience with tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, and dashboards
• Experience working with automation or AI-driven workflows
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
