Business Development Manager - iGaming (Spanish or Portuguese)

About the Company

We are an international iGaming technology company providing casino platform solutions and proprietary casino games to B2B partners. We are expanding our commercial team and looking for a business development professional to develop new partnerships and grow our presence in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including online casino operators, sportsbook operators, game aggregators, and platform providers.
• Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers.
• Generate leads, conduct business negotiations, and close commercial deals.
• Build and execute business development strategies for Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.
• Represent the company at industry events and iGaming exhibitions.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve agreed commercial targets.

Requirements

• Fluent English and fluent Spanish or Portuguese; Brazilian Portuguese is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.
• iGaming experience is strongly preferred, particularly with casino platforms, game providers, aggregators, or online operators.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and drive deals from first contact to closing.
• Willingness to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus.
