- Manage daily community activity, respond to questions in English and Spanish, and facilitate discussions.
- Follow up with members to help them achieve practical outcomes.
- Coordinate expert sessions and identify opportunities for new content.
- Monitor SEO performance, website analytics, and community engagement.
- Prepare monthly reports and collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and development teams.
- Ensure content accuracy, source verification, privacy, and responsible use of AI.

- Practical experience with SEO, keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimization.
- Experience managing website content through a CMS.
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console and website analytics.
- Strong research and fact-checking skills.
- Experience in community management, onboarding, moderation, and member support.

- Responsible use of AI tools and understanding of confidentiality, privacy, and consent.
Nice to have:
- Experience with B2B or professional communities.
- Knowledge of arboriculture, landscaping, construction, or other field-service industries.
- Experience with newsletters, online events, and technical SEO.
Work format: Full-time, remote, Monday–Friday, with agreed working hours that overlap with the US market.
