Business Analyst

Mint Innovations is a product IT company developing comprehensive solutions for last-mile delivery automation and OOH (Out-of-Home) infrastructure. We combine software, hardware (electronics & metal body design), and IoT to create technologies that work in the real world.

Today our team is 140+ specialists working on large-scale international products for customers in Ukraine, Europe, and other markets.

As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will strengthen our product and technology direction and help us scale and elevate our products to a new level.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes and usage scenarios of parcel lockers and other OOH solutions from the perspective of operators, customers, and end users
• Work with requirements spanning software, hardware, and embedded solutions simultaneously, taking into account the interdependencies between them
• Analyze operational and product data (occupancy, turnover, dwell time, redirections, etc.) to identify opportunities for product and network optimization
• Gather, analyze, and formalize business, user, and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear and understandable requirements for technical teams
• Analyze and describe business processes, identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Create and maintain business requirements, functional requirements, and other necessary documentation
• Break down complex requirements to a level understandable for technical teams
• Work together with Delivery Managers to define scope of work, priorities, and expected outcomes
• Identify dependencies, constraints, risks, and potential conflicts within requirements
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout their entire lifecycle — from gathering the need to implementation and verification of the result
• Collaborate with developers and technical specialists to clarify requirements and find optimal solutions
• Communicate with international customers to clarify requirements, align expectations, and provide support at all stages of cooperation
• Collaborate with the QA team on preparing test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Participate in team activities necessary for task delivery
• Keep the backlog and its related documentation up to date
• Analyze requirement changes and assess their impact on scope, timelines, resources, and related functionality
• Validate implemented functionality against business requirements and expected outcomes
• Participate in UAT and support stakeholders during functionality acceptance
• Conduct data analysis and use it to validate hypotheses and support product decisions
• Continuously improve processes for working with requirements, documentation, and cross-team collaboration

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working with products combining software, hardware, and/or embedded solutions is a plus
• Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements (business/functional/non-functional requirements)
• Experience with requirements documentation (User Stories, BRD/FRD, etc.)
• Analytical mindset, ability to work with data and draw product conclusions from it
• Experience working with international customers
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, experience working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to decompose complex requirements and manage dependencies and risks
• Experience participating in UAT and validating functionality
• English proficiency — B2 or higher
