It is start up building an AI-native auction platform for classic & enthusiast cars, launching in Japan and with plans expanding to global buyers. AI assists sellers by recognizing vehicles from photos, auto-suggesting metadata, and generating listing copy. Buyers get a modern, real-time auction experience. Payments run via Stripe; app consumes a GraphQL API. They need a UI/UX designer to shape the first customer-facing prototype.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own UX/UI for three core flows:
  1. Create Listing from photos → AI-assisted metadata & description
  2. Auction Experience with real-time bidding
  3. Logged-in Buyer Flow (win screen → payment handoff)

We are now looking for a Finance Manager to join our Kyiv team and oversee all aspects of financial management, accounting, and compliance.

About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with strong accounting expertise? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing day-to-day operations with strategic planning? If so, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare Cash Flow forecasts, monthly and quarterly reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Banking: Open and manage bank accounts, negotiate with banks.
• Financial Operations: Control of day-to-day transactions, payroll processing, and invoicing.

• Analysis & Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes.

   

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an Finance manager or in a similar role.
• Proven skills in financial management and reporting.
• Experience with bank processes.
• Strong communication skills and high professional integrity.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

• Strong Intermediate English or higher for effective communication with the team.
