- Draft and present job offers, guiding candidates through negotiations.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate database (CleverStaff).
- Collaborate with IT partner companies to source candidates and ensure the partner database is consistently updated and of high quality.
- Coordinate the signing of contracts with candidates and partners.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Technical teams to streamline recruitment processes.
Continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Strong Upper-intermediate English (both written and verbal, minimum B2 level).
- 1+ year of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, ideally in outstaffing or staffing agencies.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates across multiple regions, including Europe, the USA, and LATAM.
- Familiarity with recruitment automation tools (Grinfi, PhantomBuster, etc.) would be a plus.
- Proactive and self-driven approach to recruitment.
- Ability to adapt quickly, stay flexible, and navigate shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
