    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled legal professional to join our growing legal team as In-House Legal Counsel, with a focus on international commercial law, FinTech, and e-commerce matters.

    You would be running such tasks as:

    • Advising on matters related to commercial contracts, legal negotiations, and associated legal risks;
    • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating FinTech-related agreements, including MSAs, SLAs, IP rights assignment agreements, and gateway service agreements;
    • Preparing and reviewing internal corporate documents, including powers of attorney, corporate resolutions, official correspondence, and regulatory filings;
    • Conducting legal due diligence and preparing detailed due diligence reports;
    • Providing ongoing legal support for the company’s business operations.

    Required skills and expertise:
     

    • A minimum of 3 years of legal experience in IT, FinTech, corporate, and international contract law (with a primary emphasis on English and EU legal frameworks);
    • A law degree from a reputable Ukrainian university;
    • Outstanding legal drafting and communication skills in both English and Ukrainian;
    • Fluency in English is mandatory;
    • Familiarity with VISA and Mastercard regulations, PSD2, and AML/CTF compliance is a significant advantage;
    • Proven experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to: merchant service agreements, marketing and agency agreements;
    • A genuine interest in working on complex, precedent-setting matters across new and evolving areas of law;
    • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities and strict deadlines with minimal supervision;
    • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
    • Competent in utilizing legal research platforms, such as Liga, LexisNexis, Juris Classeur, Westlaw International, vLex, etc.
