Role Overview
Weβre looking for a Senior AI Engineer with a solid engineering background and hands-on AI experience. In this role, you will help design and implement innovative AI-powered solutions that are core to our platformβs mission. Youβll work across the stack to build and integrate AI capabilities that are both scalable and practical.
You wonβt need to build everything from scratch, but youβll need the skills to fine-tune, adapt, and creatively apply state-of-the-art models and tools to solve real-world problems. Your responsibilities will range from working on backend services to shaping AI agents and LLM-based pipelines for production use.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business challenges and generate innovative ideas to address them using AI and machine learning.
- Research, evaluate, and adapt existing deep learning and machine learning models for practical applications.
- Develop and maintain services for data enrichment using LLMs
- Implement AI-powered summarization and mapping tools
- Design and build AI agents for dynamic use cases

Requirements
Engineering Skills:
- Strong Python skills
- Experience with FastAPI, Docker, and asynchronous programming
- Good knowledge of DBs, including PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch
AI Skills:
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML (more is a plus)
- Experience working with LLMs, RAG, and AI agents in production
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures
- Practical experience with prompt engineering
- Knowledge of LLM infrastructure and deployment
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
