About the Role

Primary Skills:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong emphasis on scalable frontend architectures.

• 5+ years of experience as an iOS engineer with strong hands-on Swift/iOS implementation experience;
• Strong hands-on experience with modern Swift Concurrency (async/await, Actors, structured concurrency) in production applications;

Project

The project focuses on real-time threat detection and bot mitigation for enterprise-scale clients. Cyber Security Analystes collaborate directly with customers, leveraging advanced analytics platforms to identify malicious traffic patterns and neutralize online threats. Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in data analysis in cybersecurity or fraud detection domains, including experience with logs and dashboards
• Strong SQL skills: complex queries, aggregations, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, filters, window functions (e.g., RANK()), CTEs, and subqueries
• Technical understanding of web technologies and client–server architecture (APIs, HTTP, basic HTML/JavaScript)

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Core Infrastructure team.

Our infrastructure team is the backbone for Promova and several internal products. We build reliable, cost-aware infrastructure that lets engineering teams ship without fighting their tooling. From AI features and Kubernetes clusters to developer tooling and multi-cloud setup, you'll help shape the foundation the rest of the company builds on.
 

Why This Role

Own the platform. You'll have end-to-end ownership of core infrastructure across AWS, Hetzner, Cloudflare, Kubernetes, and modern platform tooling.

Work on problems that matter. You'll design infrastructure that scales, improve reliability, automate the manual parts, and build the foundation for the AI features learners use every day. We'll be honest: some of this is greenfield, some is untangling what already exists — both are on the table.

Shape where the platform goes. There's real room to standardize infrastructure across products, bring in automation, make developer experience better, and influence architecture decisions across the company.

Build in an AI-first team. AI is part of how we build products and how we work day to day. You'll help our infrastructure support AI workloads — and use AI in your own engineering workflow.
 

What You'll Work On

• Own and evolve Promova's core infrastructure across AWS, Hetzner, and Cloudflare.
• Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Argo CD and self-hosted runners.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes (K3s) and AWS ECS environments.
• Improve reliability, observability, and incident response with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and related tooling.
• Support the infrastructure behind our AI features and internal platforms.
• Improve cloud cost visibility and bring spend down where it makes sense.
• Build provisioning and onboarding automation that makes developers' lives easier.
• Strengthen platform security through secrets management, access control, and solid infrastructure practices.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years as a DevOps, Platform, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and modern cloud infrastructure.
• Solid Infrastructure as Code experience, ideally Terraform, Ansible.
• Experience running Kubernetes in production.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions and Argo CD.
